Great Service, Very Professional - Fixed my AC in 20 Minutes on a hot June Day! Came out same day. It was a $90 Capacitor that my tech found and replaced in 20 minutes. With Tax = $520.30

Cost = $520.00 - While I really liked the service I am a senior citizen and I just cannot afford to pay $350 per half hour.

This is the worst service I've ever received. It has been 7 weeks since I called them and I have regretted it so many times. They charged me $2200 for something that did not fix the issue at that first appointment and since then I've had to chase them down. Several times I've had problems with them not calling me back. Today they missed an appointment completely and acted like it was no big deal. I am having to fill out a complaint with the NC Licensing Board to report the incorrect diagnosis and all of the incompetence since then. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

I installed 72 degrees top of the line system a few years ago. Came with a 10 year parts and labor warranty.

Since installation, it has stopped working each summer.

Three weeks ago I found the system was not draining. Turns out it was due to a filter not being replaced which is part of the system standard service. I had asked the technician in the past about the filter and told it was fine. Now I learn it was so dirty it was suffocating the system. Also learn their is a leak in the coil. Two weeks later, the finally come out to replace the coil, and they break the fan. Almost three weeks from when I first called for the service issue, no time frame or commitment on when it will be fixed, and the system is in worse shape then when I started.

We are now in 90 degree weather. I have a three year old $30k system, that again does not work! I have scheduled the routine services throughout the time to ensure the system is well maintained.

I would not recommend using this company for your installation or service!
