I could have not asked for a better company, they are responsible, respectful and take pride in there work, they went beyond to take care of me After what they have been through with hurricane Michael and the loss of a family member. I live in the sandhills area, and my unit had a tree through it, AAA was super fast to come out the same day I called and took the time to walk me through everything, letting me know what we were going to have to do and what not, I highly recommend this lovely family owned business! Everyone is so sweet and they actually care!

We recently needed our air conditioning heating unit replaced. We called and got it a price from them checked around it was a very good price. They came out replaced the unit. The cost was what they quoted us. They were very professional. Did not leave a mess did good work

AAA to the rescue! After my insurance company alarmed me with an unexpected notice I had to replace my ac unit due to age. I reached Steven successfully, other companies didn't answer their phone. He came to my home promptly, he was very knowledgeable and courteous. He gave me a very reasonable price and they installed the unit before my insurance deadline date.

I had a small issue occur the other night with freezing temps. I called and left Steven a message knowing they were closed on Sunday hoping to get a call back on Monday. Not only did he call me back on Sunday, he came to my house and resolved the issue! Warmed my house and my heart. It's hard to get good customer service these days. AAA has a great staff and I highly recommend them!

I have been using ASAP Air Conditioning Refrigeration for years. I have had a couple of incidents where my account quit working. I take care of my mother whom is bedridden. They fixed it right away. They are the most compassionate, honest, trustwothy, and dependable company I have ever met. I will never use anyone else but them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

We have used AAA numerous times in the past and haven't had a problem until lately. The past few times that we have had to use them, it has taken weeks for parts to arrive, and then once they have arrived and we scheduled a day for them to be installed, the tech did not show up. We are very disappointed in the service that we have received from them.

AAA has provided excellent service on two occasions. Both involved rebuilding commercial coolers. William, the owner, takes little time in formulating a plan of action in order to get you back in business as soon as possible. The two walk-in coolers are over 30 years old. AAA managed to get make these coolers to work like new at a fraction of the cost of replacement.
