We contacted Clearflow for a CCTV Drain Report and Survey. The work was carried out and we received an invoice but no report. When we requested a report, we were given a one line email. After requesting further, they provided a longer email. CCTV Drain reports should come with diagrams, full description and photographs/CCTV footage. None of this was supplied. When we paid half of the 200 invoiced, the company's email reply was unnecessarily rude. We would not recommend them.

Totally recommend this company for both commercial and domestic work. Used these guys for 10 years now in my hotel and my own home. Trustworthy, competent, and everything you would hope for in a plumber/heating engineer but rarely get.

The work quality at the time seem fine though the availability was on and off to undertake works. The aftercare service has been non-existent. Despite following up 2 to 3 times to get someone to come over and check for the heating system, we have been flatly refused saying that they will only listen to the building contractor. There work is tied to the product and property and ultimately they were paid out of our pockets as we were the end clients but they have not paid any heed. Disappointed as a customer especially as someone who spends close to 10k for such works
