When your a/c goes out it's instant frustration. I called for service and dispatch fit me in same day. Colby came out and diagnosed the issue that was not common. Colby is an amazing tech. He gave me options for repairs. & really tried every option before making his final diagnosis! Highly recommend!

Premier AC company! Our AC was shot and we have a 4 month old who couldn't stay in a hot house. They had our new unit in within 24 hours and talked us through the entire process. There was some slight damage done to our radiant barrier tent during the instillation and they paid to fix it and were 100% honest about it. We don't hardly ever go to our attic so we may have never noticed but Colby and Mack stepped up and took care of it. I wish more companies were like this. I will recommend them to everyone and we're a customer for life.

Colby was very friendly, fast, and honest. Our home warranty company sent him out about 2 weeks ago to fix our broken A/C. He had it fixed in 15 minutes and cooling again. He double checked the freon and voltage and air temps. He did not suggest any unnecessary work at my expense or to the warranty company. It is hard to find people like this anymore. If anything else happens to our unit under the warranty, I will ask for The A/C Guys. Thank you!

My appointment window was scheduled for 2-5, and Colby was here at 2:03pm. After not having a working A/C over the weekend, this was a welcome surprise that he arrived on time. He diagnosed the issue quickly and after we discussed my options, I decided on a temporary fix as I will eventually need to replace my unit.
