Being in a rental property can be frustrating at times. My A/C went out over the weekend and they had someone out that day they fit me in. Couldn't give me a time just said we will be there. A young man named John came out and was amazing. Found out what was wrong, but because I go through a property management company he had to get approval before he could fix it.

He waited as long as he could before he left because he had other calls. He called me and informed me of what was going on because I was at another job and all he did was apologize. I understand that it wasn't him or the company. Policy is policy. Today Monday 6/27 they finally received the approval and they gave me a window from 10-2 they came out sooner than they thought and fixed it. John then came back because when I got home it didn't feel like it was working but he came back to make sure.

He was great. Then to top it off the owner called me just to make sure everything was ok and running good. You do not get this kind of customer service these days. Thank you John and Chase.

A man named Val came out and got our faulty A/C up and running within 10mins of arriving. We were worried we would have to sweat through the night before our problem would be fixed but this guy fixed it and had our house cooling back down in no time. We were surprised someone would come out so late too, we knew it was a stretch to get someone out soo quickly and late at night on a weekend but these guys pulled through. True customer service. Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning is the best and most affordable company I have found. Our air was no longer blowing cold and we just surpassed the 100-degree mark for the year. Val was able to get to us within an hour (as a first-time customer that hadn't used their services ever before!). He assessed the unit/issue and explained to us, in terms we'd understand, what that meant, what it'd cost and when they would be able to get us in if we'd like to move forward with it.

We agreed upon a price and Val was able to do the repairs right then & there. When Val didn't have one of the parts he needed another tech swung by to get him the part and lend a hand. (As a side note, I had called a different company a couple weeks earlier to just install a Google Nest thermostat which ended with them spending 3 hours heating my place up to 88 degrees and let me know that they would need to perform $3400 of work to replace some valve on the unit in order for it to work with the Nest OR replace the unit for $10-$20K.

I asked if he could just return the system to the way it was before he did anything, which he did for $80. So, $80 to heat my house up for 3 hours and not install the thermostat, Thanks but no thanks Larson's Air Conditioning.) The owner of Valley's Best H & A/C, Chase, stopped by to see how things were progressing as well as looking at duct and plumbing work in the attic.

Chase made notes of all the things he noticed that he'd suggest addressing. He worked up an estimate of what those repairs would cost. There was never the, "if you don't do X, Y, Z & 1, 2, 3, really soon your pipes will probably start leaking, cause mold, all your ac is escaping because you need more insulation, etc., etc." pressure. It was simply a hey this is what I suggest and why and if you want to choose our company to do that work this is what it would cost.

He even threw in a free inspection at a later date! No one likes spending lots of money but with Valley's Best Heating & Air Conditioning you don't have the anxiety of wondering about the quality of service you'll receive or being talked into something you do not need. At no time was there ever a conversation about a needing a new unit, where others just try to scare you into big repairs and then bridge that to just buying a new unit. I will be having them address all my Heating & A/C needs.

I have used this company many times. You can't go wrong with this company. They are always on time and completely honest. The work never has to be re done. I went through countless HVAC companies before finding them and I won't go back. Val was the last tech at my home and he was on time, professional and very honest. More like Valley's worst. My home warranty picked this company for my AC not cooling issue last month. 5 weeks, 2 start capacitors, 1 control board, 90° nights of restless sleep. I, my wife and 2 daughters were duped. Conversations with Chase were not optimistic, but felt like he was blaming me for a faulty ac. Are you kidding me. They just put bandaids on.

I received authority to change service companies, my AC is working tonight after a new condenser fan motor was installed. It took 1 hour to do the job right. Could've saved weeks of misery. Beware! Don't hire these guys. They will lie to you about amp readings to not have to do their jobs. "Pretty obvious what the problem was" said our new hvac company.

My wife and I are more than happy with the service that I have received so far and will be using Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning for all of our future needs. General Manager Chase Sexton is the most professional and nicest person I have ever worked with. He truly cares about your needs and will do whatever it takes to help. Their prices are very reasonable and the service is top notch.

Our family has been in our home for 8 years and have always struggled to keep the house cool in the summer months. After, Chase assessed our situation, installed our new units, replaced some ducts in the attic, and added insulation, I am happy to report we just received our best energy score from SRP with the lowest bill ever! Our experience with Valley's Best was phenomenal - one of the most honest and trustworthy experiences I've had with any company. Our heater broke and they came out the same day. When we realized the issue was only occurring at night/early morning (when it was cold), Chase was in constant contact with us to plan for him to come out to be able to diagnose the issue super early the following day.

He quickly figure out what was wrong, and got the parts and did the repair within 24 hours all under the warranty of our manufacturer. I was 100% that we were getting honest services at a completely reasonable and affordable cost. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, he helped us brainstorm how we could address multiple other issues that were identified in our home inspection that we had been neglecting for a while. I will be using this company again.

I called the emergency line on Saturday at 7:25PM because my AC had stopped working and the house was at 86 degrees. I spoke to Chase, and he was able to get my house on the list for the following day on Sunday at 4:00PM. The AC was fixed very quickly within 15 minutes and the house has began cooling down. Thank you for your speedy service in under 24 hours.

It was very important to me to get the AC fixed as quick as possible as I have a puppy. I definitely recommend this company and will share with anyone else who needs repairs or AC help.

My families experience with Chase speaks volumes about his character. I called Chase for advice due to a major issue I had with a different A/C company. I wanted to receive sound advice from a trustworthy, competent, experienced, professional A/C installer and servicer. I did not know of Chase, nor his company, before the call. I read some of his reviews and hoped for the best. Chase, knowing I was out of the area, and that he could not service our A/C issues, due to the distance, still was so very kind and spent a very generous amount of time speaking with me on the phone.

Chase was very polite and cheerfully and addressed our families A/C installation issues in a kind, compassionate and caring manner, patiently listening to my families "horror-install" story. Chase freely afforded to my family a great deal of quality, honest and sound advice. You don't meet very many business owner's in this day and age like Chase, sadly.

I wish he were closer, as we would love for him to service our families' A/C needs. The least we can do is to write this well-deserved review; we are honored and blessed to do so. My review is overdue. Air conditioning not working properly on 8/18/20 and was referred to this company. Arrived same day and John began troubleshooting the problem. I'm in a complex and multiple units on the roof are not well identified. But he figured it out, took pictures and properly marked the unit. Replaced condenser fan motor and solved the problem. John was well trained and did a very good explaining the issue. Had them back to replace old thermostat with a new Nest. Valley Best did a great job for me and system has worked great in these crazy temperatures. Thank you.

These were the most amazing people I have ever seen. Our A/C had been out for 1 week. but we survived. I have to tell you that hands down people, this company is the best. Chase came to our home evaluated the situation and was straight up honest, he told us it might take 3 days to get everything needed to replace the unit. He was here on Tuesday 9/1 and today, 9/4. this morning some of the most hardest working young men came to our home and worked from early morning till after 3 in the afternoon.

I wanted to buy them some lunch but they declined very graciously and told me I was one of the nicest customers they had ever met. I sure hope there are more caring customers out there. Anyway. Thank you everyone at Valley's Best A/C company for everything. Lillian

I have an older, remodeled home in North Phoenix. My A/C unit is a bit older as well so it needs a bit of TLC. I don't have to tell you about the heat of Phoenix summers so when I realized the unit wasn't cooling my house very well in mid-July I called these guys and they had a tech (John) at my home within one day. After the coil cleaning, re-sealing the duct entry on the roof and re-filling my Freon, we were good to go. John was super knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and communicated well.

A few days later the same issue occurred & they sent the same tech out again on the same day and he discovered an additional issue with the duct work in the attic. It had separated over time and he quickly sealed it up. A week later the issue occurred again as we were approaching the hottest day of the year so far - 116 degrees. I called the after hours line on a Saturday evening and John was at my door within an hour.

A different part of the duct work had separated and also needed to be sealed. He was done in about 10 minutes. Then, he committed to come back the next day (Sunday) and make sure the seal held as an extra level of service. As a bonus, they were also connected as a provider to my Home Warranty. We loved the quality of service we received and have already recommended them to some friends. Very glad they responded so quick so our family wasn't sweating it out in mid-summer! They're definitely worth consideration if you need A/C work done.

We recently had our air conditioning replaced and I can't say enough positive things about the experience. Replacing an air conditioner is not a fun thing to have to do. Its a large expense and a large overhaul in your home. Chase was very patient and thoroughly explained all our options and pricing until we were able to select what would be best for our home.

The technicians who completed the install, Elmer and Jon, were so professional and respectful. They worked from morning until evening to get the job done and came back the next morning to finish up on a weekend! It was a huge job and they were quick, thorough, and efficient. In a time when good service, reliability, and general empathy is tough to find I can't say enough how much we appreciated the entire experience. We had several local companies bid our job and valley best was by far the most thorough. Save yourself a headache and just trust them to do what they do.

Hands down the only company I will ever deal with for anything HVAC related. Valley's Best has replaced our AC unit in our old place and repaired our unit at our new house. On every encounter with them they have been professional, honest, respectful and have a great sense of urgency. The owner Chase is honest and knowledgeable. Marlene the office manager is incredible she truly goes above and beyond and is such a compassionate individual. The techs who came to our were super knowledgeable and quick to resolve the issues. Highly recommended this company for your heating and cooling needs.

Just had my first experience using Valleys Best thru a home warranty referral for problems with my A/C. In June, in AZ, A/C problems are serious matters but I've heard that contractors referred by home warranty companies can sometimes take days or weeks to respond. That was not the case with Valley's Best. They responded the very next morning after I submitted my request for service.

The technician came the very same morning, parts came in the next day and were installed within 2 days. The technicians Adam and Chase were professional, responsive, arrived on time and communicated exactly what was being done and why. I am very impressed with their level of service and commitment and highly recommend Valley's Best!

Our old AC- Furnace died. There were some problems with the correct tonnage ordered by our home warranty company. People can praise great service when everything goes without a hitch. The real proof is how they respond to problems. Chase managed to get the correct unit for installation the next day! And brought us a great heater to keep our house warm yesterday and last night. They are indeed the Best!

I used them through a home warranty company and these guys were TERRIFIC! They came out within hours, diagnosed the problem immediately, contacted our warranty company and got approval on the very same day they came out. Then, they got the part the very next day (which was a Friday) and came and replaced it on Saturday! I am so impressed with these guys and how responsive they were.

We received phone calls alerting us of arrivals and expected work time, and Chase was absolutely first class. Do not hesitate to use them for your air-conditioning needs! Very friendly, very responsive and very professional. Nothing more you can say!
