AC stopped working after hours and someone came to check it out that night. While they didn't have the stuff needed to fix it then, they came back the next day and fixed everything. It was amazing.

Tried to call, TWICE, and asked that I simply get a call to say IF someone was available because it was Friday after Thanksgiving. I have had no response still and it is Tuesday. If I had received a call and they were too busy, I would have understood and moved on. I knew it was the day after Thanksgiving and businesses were short staffed. But, nothing.

Hot water tank was installed by Spire. When the hot water tank no longer worked 9 months later, Spire said no techs are available in Pike Road, Alabama to service the hot water unit. After calling LUquire, a tech came out and guided me through the process of not only getting he unit unit fixed but as it turned out through the manufacture warranty, a brand new hot water tank replaced. The honesty and dedication by the service tech, Jese was perfect and greatly appreciated. I'd recommend LUQuire as your first choice of service.or repair.

Had system installed was told about the 0% financing figured why not, selected the option on their proposal and set an installation date. unit is installed and two days later receive a printed image in the mail with due upon completion scribbled on it and highlighted. Out of nowhere, our one year old air conditioner was not cooling. I called at 3:51 today and someone was here at 4:03! Very impressed. It was the capacitor. Had one on the truck. Replaced it and was done by 4:30. Very happy I went with Luguire!

Luquire's plumbers came out to fix 2 of my outside faucets. They showed up at the promised time. They was very knowledgeable about the repair that I needed done. My faucet was inside a brick wall. They fixed the faucets and repaired the hole so it was more strong than before. They was very professional. I appreciate the work they did! Had Horrible Service done at my grandmothers home. The technician that came left a gas leak escaping from a water heater not being properly installed. My grandmother, who lives alone, thankfully smelled the gas escaping as it was making her nauseated. We were able to call REAL licensed professionals to have it fixed. No telling what this could have. led to.

I am wondering if the technicians here are actually state certified or apprentices under a licensed professional. Some one from higher management needs to reach out and speak with us. PLEASE CHECK THE ALABAMA BOARD OF HVAC to make sure these "techs" are licensed and highly skilled before servicing in your home.

Fast and friendly service! The last two times we needed them they showed up same day and were able to fix the problem. I would highly recommend Luquire.

Our AC went out last night about 10:30 p.m. and it's July 17th! It got hot really fast! So grateful for Luquire! They were out here first thing this morning diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes started the repairs and the house is cooling down! I am recovering from major surgery so I am especially grateful! We have been pleased with Luquire service ever since the company was recommended to us. We had two different AC problems (plugged drain and capacitor failure) recently that were taken care of VERY promptly. We even received a loaner capacitor until they got the right size for our unit. Noticed that the A/C stopped cooling this afternoon, but it was after 5PM. Called there after-hours service; received a return call w/in an hour from the on-call tech (Chris) to confirm the request. Provided him the symptoms. He called back about 45-mins later upon completing his last service call. Arrived 45-mins later since he had to drive from literally the other end of the metro area.

The system was diagnosed and fixed around an hour thereafter. Thank you Chris and Luquire for coming out after hours on a holiday weekend! Have been a customer of theirs since moving into this house; will continue to utilize Luquire for future needs!

I came home on a Friday evening to a hot house; AC would not cut on. I then contacted our home warranty company, and the only service provider they would use would not be able to come out for 48 hours. So I decided to just pay out of pocket for someone to come on out which was a great decision. Paul Mason was our technician, and he was friendly, clean, and knowledgable. He diagnosed our problem, replaced the faulty parts, and got our AC working again within a few hours. I will certainly use them again.
