The customer service from Action Heating and Air was exceptional. The absolute best service from any company I've ever experienced. Our AC unit of 14 years, originally installed by Action Heating and Air went kaput last Thursday. We have a 89 year old living with us, 2 pups and had plans to be out of town for a wedding on Friday. The unit had to be ordered and couldn't be installed until the following week. Mike put things in motion right away, with great urgency and was able to have our AC unit installed the following day.

With peace of mind, we were able to make the out of town wedding, and the house was comfortable and cool for my family. To the graciousness of the vendors and customers that gave up their slots and equipment for installation, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Our faith in humanity has been restored.

Action AC is the best and most professional heating and air conditioning company in north east Florida. I recently had them install three AC units in our new home and it is the most efficient and best working systems I have ever owned. I did have one thermostst issue about 10 months after my systems were installed and they replaced it the same day I call them at no additional charge to me. THAT IS GREAT SERVICE!

Paul from Action came to my rescue. A/C unit stopped working with company in town. Paul came out within a couple hours. Was quick and efficient and Super friendly, got it going quick.

Honest, affordable and seriously sweet! I knew this company was going to be the best choice from the moment they were recommended by our home engineer! Frank, a sweet, thorough and honest guy spent a good amount of time diagnosing the problem and making a solid plan for us. His price quote got mixed up with Mrs. Patty (one of the owners who is crazy knowledgeable and fun to chat with) and even though they could have just gone with the (much) higher price knowing that I would have been none the wiser, they were totally honest about the mistake and stuck with the original, correct quote!

Within a few days they were here to do the job! I can't speak highly enough about the guys who they sent out! Casey and Tanner (and the other guys who came at the last minute to help make sure the job was finished in one day!) were so sweet and respectful! Even though my house was burning up due to the dehumidifiers and air scrubbers we had going, they didn't complain at all!

They were super kind to me and my kids and were just exactly the kind of honest to goodness guys you always hope a company will send out! Knowing that usually isn't the case, made the whole experience that much better. Very happy customer! :)

Have been a customer for over 10 years and their technicians have been outstanding 100% of the time for every service call or performing routine maintenance at our home over the years. Yesterday we had our entire system replaced by Action Heating & AC. In its 13th year near the ocean, the previous Action unit had served us well but needed enough in replacement parts that we opted to do whole system. We chose Action because of our repeated positive experiences with them. The installers did a thoroughly professional job, were neat and highly capable, and described operation and maintenance thoroughly and patiently.
