When they came out to my business, they did a great job. My AC went out at my house so I called them and and left voice mails, even scheduled an online appointment. They never returned my call and declined my appointment claiming a schedule conflict. Why have scheduling software built in to your website and yet never use it. If there is a schedule conflict, why not call and set an appointment that works with your schedule? No AC for another day because this contractor can't even make a courtesy call. Bad deal. And here I thought I found a company that could service all my HVAC needs.

Called Adams AC to help me out. They sent out Carl. He was here in 30 minutes which is incredible in itself. Gave me great quality service while talking to me and making me feel good about the company I chose. I have worked in the HVAC industry and this is one of the rare companies I would recommend.
