I've had the pleasure of Riley being my technician the last couple of years, performing preventative maintenance on my HVAC unit during the fall and spring. Reilly is prompt, courteous, and above all, knows what he is doing. I asked him several questions regarding the unit and he answered my questions easily and in a way that I understood. I especially appreciated that he maintained exceptional safety standards during the peak of Covid.

He is very thoughtful about my safety and his, and on one occasion, he firmly but courteously reminded a property manager that he needed to provide space in order for him (Riley) to work safely. I really appreciated that. Thanks for being an outstanding technician!

Along with the furnace maintenance, he set up and explained the membership program for me and said he would also have the ventilator, attached to the furnace, looked at and cleaned in the spring. They weren't able to have anyone come out the night the heat went out due to "warranty repair hours" not being in session. Then when someone did come out we were told it wasn't covered by warranty anyways. Still not sure why they have an emergency number if they won't respond because it's not "during warranty repair hours". Our technician, Marcus, was great though, he was very polite and professional. He explained things and did his best to help with pricing, so I appreciate him at least.

They were great. Showed up early, installed a much needed humidifier, and explained to me everything I needed to know to operate it. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

A few weeks prior dad's thermostat stopped working so he called Advantage Heating & Cooling as the builder hired them to install the HVAC in the homes they were building. On the first visit the service tech found he needed to have the thermostat in his new home replaced but after it was installed we were unable to connect the new thermostat to the app as we had with the prior. So, I called Advantage Heating & Cooling on behalf of my father to see if they would be able to walk me though how to connect to the app as the instructions I was reading wasn't working.

They told me it would be easier to have someone come out and take a look. Riley came and after trying many things discovered the wrong model thermostat had replaced the original installed by the builder. The model that was replaced was for more advanced technology then what just the Wi-Fi model provided by the builder. Thankfully, Riley was able to locate just the Wi-Fi model and we were able to connect to the app!

When making the call, I mentioned an interest in finding a HVAC company for myself as the company I had been using closed. Riley brought the information and did a great job explaining how the program works and he also told us he was available to do both of our furnace checks and cleanings the same day if we decided to sign up. We discussed and both decided to sign up for the plan. So, the day started with us thinking we would be getting help connecting the new thermostat to the app and ended with having both of our furnaces cleaned and a service contract that will give us piece of mind on future HVAC cleanings and any potential issues that may arise.

Installed a humidifier and cold air return to our furnace during this visit. Everything was done efficiently and he walked through the entire installation once he was completed to let us know where everything was and how it worked. Professional service and Adrian took the time to explain the work he was doing as well as guidance on basic maintenance we can do ourselves.

Jerry arrived on time. Jerry was very knowledgeable about air conditioning systems and was willing to answer any questions I had. This was our 1st maintenance on a new unit after building a new house. Jerry explained how to adjust the ducts to push more or less air to the rooms, which was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them for this service.

I just had service at my other house from Advantage, also for the 1st time with Advantage. I was fortunate enough to get Jerry again. Jerry performed exactly as he had before. This house had an older system and Jerry was able to offer tips for improving the system and maintenance recommendations that were extremely helpful. I continue to highly recommend him for the service.

Technician was fast, professional, and provided excellent information about home cooling. The duct work completed for the HVAC system is very professional. Immediately, noticed the cooling temperatures in the second floor.

So, our new sub-division had a power surge or something... As far as I know there was about 15-20 homes with no heat on the coldest night of the year. I called and he had said I was the 5th to call with the same issue. He was out in no time and was able to get us up and running in no time. Im sure it was a longer night for him than the rest of us.

I called at 8:30 this morning and by 10:30 Jerry Saenz came to service my furnace. He explained the dripping I heard as normal condensation draining into floor drain . With a few fixes he helped muffle the sound. He also checked the furnace to make sure it was running correctly. Jerry was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely request him again.

Had technician install a new Smart Thermostat. Did a great job. Explained the features of the new Thermostat (that I purchased at Lowe's) and set everything up. Checked to make sure settings were correct, connected to WiFi and reminded me to register the product and install the app on iPhone. Overall great experience.

Jerry came to my new house to install a whole home humidifier and did a great job! My utility room is small and the existing HVAC equipment was crammed into one side. Jerry had to rework so much of the duct work, but he did an amazing job. He was professional and showed me how to use my New humidifier as well as how to change the dampers to regulate the heat in my new home. Definitely a great experience.
