AIM is my go-to for AC/Heating services. They are readily available no matter the season. Reliable and affordable! Technician Sesar provides professionalism and friendly service at its finest! He takes the time to explain the problem and the resolution. This is a HUGE plus for me while doing business with anyone! Thanks Sesar!!

If you need help with your HVAC I highly recommend AIM. I had a problem with the airflow with my unit and had 3 bids made. The first two gave me solutions that would cost a couple of thousand dollars. AIM came in and told me that the flu was stuck and they fixed it in 30 seconds without charge! When I wanted to install an air filter they had the model I was looking for and the price was reasonable.

They installed it quickly and without incident. Most recently I had my AC break down on a 95 degree day, of course, also when I had family in town visiting. They were at my house within 4 hours and had the unit fixed 1 hour after that. Thanks goodness. Again, highly recommend for all your needs!

Kenny is great! Professional, knowledgeable, punctual and honest. He patiently answered all my questions and did some great detective work to locate a leak in the AC system. He made the repair, then took the extra step of making a follow-up visit to ensure that the repair held and there were no additional leaks. I was 100% happy with his service and will definitely use AIM for regular maintenance and any future repairs.

What a great experience with this company! We had been told by another company that our A/C needed over $900 work due to a leak. I didn't feel good about that interaction and decided to get a second opinion. What a difference with AIM! The technician was prompt friendly and courteous, responsive to all questions and thorough with checking things out, even using two different methods to confirm. Did not try to take advantage of my problem but fixed it, saving me $900.

I asked if they could be my plumber, electrician, carpenter.because I was so pleased. Sadly they don't offer those specialties. I will certainly call them again if I need them in the future!

We bought a house this year with a unit serviced by AIM. Twice our screen has gone out on us causing the system to shut down, once being over a holiday weekend, and both times they've prioritized us and added time to their next day schedule. Kenny came out both times, and he was super kind and very professional. He did a wonderful job, helped my husband find a shorted out wire that was the root of the problem, and had it fixed up in no time.

He also got our unit flushed (no telling how long it had been), and walked us through how to better maintain the system. We really appreciate the service with AIM and are happy we inherited one of their units. Great team! Thank ya'll so much!

Aim AC came and checked our AC not Cooling System was at least 14 years old. Sesar the technician quickly found the problem and advised a full replacement. unfortunately. But was response, helpful and gave us options. We set up the date for the install and got text messages when they were on the way that morning, just as they had scheduled. They even added the names of the install crew so we would know who would be working in the house that day, They were careful to keep floors clean as they worked and had to be creative and figuring out how to get the new unit into the attic, without having to cut into the ceiling opening.

They finished on time and had us cooling that day. Thanks to Sesar, Jordon and James and even had the manager Kevin helping out that day. All were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Thanks again. Laura B.

3 years ago this company installed a completely new air conditioning system in our home, every single component inside and outside were replaced to the tune of $8500.00. My wife immediately complained about high humidity levels so I called them back out to inspect their work. Of course they said everything working fine. Our humidity level in this house runs about 70 at times even when ac cranked down.

We started having mold problems and now furniture has mildew. We never ever had this problem and we have lived in this house over 36 years. I just wish I could file lawsuit but after they installed the ac me and my wife lost our jobs. I hope you listen to this review and don't use this company. We recently had enough money to buy a dehumidifier and started using it last night at 9:30 pm. We were wakened at 5:30 this morning by it's alarm and the drain tray was full. That's how much humidity their ac has been pumping into our house.

I asked them for an annual maintenance program for my rental properties and had a great experience after the first round. Kenny was outstanding in explaining issues, being proactive and getting work done right away. Angela is the easiest person to work with in the world. Estimate was clear, invoice was fast and accurate. She scheduled everything with my tenants.

The best part is Kenny's phone call to let me know what he sees and his assessment. He also snaps a photo of the filter and sends it to me. The invoice has good documentation on the status of my hvac units. Highly recommend them for rental properties preventative maintenance.

Definitely recommend AIM after having them install a new AC unit. I got 5 estimates and everyone was trying to sell me a new AC plus furnace when I knew my furnace was fine. It was a $6K difference in price to do both. Kevin was super transparent about all my options and I chose them b/c of it. I had a few issues come up post-installation. The office was always responsive and got someone out to my house promptly each time. Cesar specifically was great.he probably came out 3 separate times before we figured out the issue (an old circuit board that needed to be swapped out). I'd recommend AIM to anyone. Buying a new AC was a big purchase and I wanted a company that'd be reliable and honest. They definitely checked all the boxes and then some.

When it's 100° in the middle of August and your AC goes out in Austin, you need to call AIM. They are a Lennox Premier Dealer which means they have access to the Signature line, and they offered the best price of all the dealers I spoke with. Kevin, the sales person, is responsive and knowledgeable which enabled me to quickly build trust and rapport with him.

Once I decided to go with AIM, they purchased the replacement unit the same day, and Sesar was at my house before 8am the next morning to start the installation. I was impressed that Kevin also visited my house to provide a personal, concierge level of customer service. Sesar is very experienced and has a vast understanding of his profession and the advanced details of Lennox systems.

The quality and attention to detail of the installation couldn't be better. The unit itself is much quieter than the previous one, and it's a great relief to have the AC fixed in less than 24 hours.

My family has used AIM A/C for several years now for all of our A/C needs and have always had a professional, prompt and thorough experience. Most recently, our A/C had stopped working during 100+ degree weather and we called AIM at 6:00 pm when we realized the problem (hoping maybe someone was there that late). The receptionist was super friendly and took our information and a technician (Sesar) called us back within 15 minutes.

He made us an appointment for the next day for a service call, but Sesar also stayed on the phone for about 30 minutes walking me through trying to clear a clog that was in my A/C so that maybe we wouldn't have to suffer through a hot night until they could get out to fix it. He was so patient and explained things so well that I was able to partially clear the clog and get the A/C going for the night. Sesar came out the next day and finished up everything for a very reasonable price and the A/C is running perfect. He definitely saved the day for us! Sesar is awesome! We would definitely recommend AIM A/C!

We purchased a new A/C and furnace from AIM 6 months after we moved to Kyle in 2015. They gave the best quote and provided the most superior customer service. We have had the unit serviced twice by AIM since the purchase. Cesar came out most recently in July and was very understanding when a leak was discovered in manufacturer parts. He took care of the problem quickly and explained everything thoroughly.

His knowledge and expertise is greatly valued and appreciated. I will be sure to request him whenever he is available. It is very apparent that AIM definitely holds their employees to the highest standards. Five Stars! Keep up the great work! Highly recommended!

We've had AIM install both the AC systems we've had to purchase over the past 30 years in our house. The first we purchased when we increased the size of the house with an addition and the second was because the first unit had outlived its lifetime. Both times the price for the units was very reasonable and the service was top-notch. I always recommend AIM to anyone in need of a service call, or a new AC system. We love these folks!

AIM was professional, courteous, and most of all helpful. We had a pretty complicated set up which they were able to fix and do it affordably and aesthetically pleasing. They are skilled professionals. You can tell they enjoy their job and have the customers needs as their first priority. We would definitely recommend their services again and will call them back for all future HVAC needs.

Can't say enough great things about this company. Kevin and Sesar and their installation crew are true professionals. We actually had another AC company come out to give us a quote, but ultimately decided we wanted to go with AIM because Kevin actually sat down and explained everything so thoroughly and never made us feel like he was trying to sell us anything that we didn't really need, but rather explained what each thing did and allowed us to decide on our own what option we wanted to go with.

I really appreciated that he also gave us insight on ways we could save money down the road. Kevin and Sesar are very honest and thorough in their work, and they were so down to earth and personable that they felt more like friends by the end of everything! They did an amazing job installing our new AC unit and making sure we understood how to use the controller for it.

They also did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards; you honestly would have never guessed they were even here with how clean they left everything! I would absolutely recommend this company to all my friends and family if they ever had issues with their AC; especially if they're needing to get a new one. Last but not least; we LOVE our new AC!

We can already tell the difference! We got the Lenoxx 20 seer with XC-20, and got an air purifier installed as well, and let me tell you, the air in our house feels so much crisper and I KNOW that air purifier MUST be working because the past week I've had to use nasal spray to open up my nasal passages bc I have been so stuffed up from whatever was in the air, and now I can actually BREATHE, and I haven't had to use any nasal spray at all! My new Reme-Halo was installed friday by seasoned technician Sesar and I couldn't be happier. I am excited about my new air quality purification system. I am already noticing a difference.

This review is 4* simply because of the price of repair. Philip, the technician, was incredibly nice. Turns out we need a new evaporator coil and they quoted me around $922. I wanted to go with AIM because I believe in local business, but the neighbor across the street got theirs replaced for $650. I could not justify paying a higher price on a teacher income, so I sadly had to go with another company. I wish I could have given them my business.

AC kicked the bucket and AIM won the bid. Wasn't just the price but I was impressed with their attention to detail while figuring the estimate for replacement. They offered loaner interior AC units to give us some relief from the heat until the scheduled install date. On the date of the install rain was in the forecast so, they brought extra crew to get the work done in half the time to beat the rain.

I highly recommend this company for your heating and a/c needs. We researched several company's and this one won out above all. They were prompt, courteous, clean cut and friendly. I love keeping it local and this is a family run business- if you're in the Buda/Manchaca area, give these guys a chance!

The service was provided quickly especially considering the sudden heat spell and multiple service calls. The provider was professional and was able to diagnose a rather minor problem and fix it immediately. The cost was reasonable for the service. We received a call when the serviceman was an hour out and another when he was close. Will Certainly use them again.

Well, they (2 service men) showed up in the afternoon and quickly removed the old unit and replaced it with a new Lennox in about an hour! (maybe a little longer, but it was quick) It's been 15 days and all is well. Awesome job guys! Will definitely recommend you to anyone that has any issues I believe you can help with. Thank you.

AIM is very professional and courteous! We used them to install the units in our new construction home in 2008 and have used them ever since! They arrive when they say they will arrive; they do the work they say they will do; they charge what the original estimate says they will charge. Jesse is our usual technician, and he is great. I will never go with another company for my home a/c units!

I called upon AIM when the buyer's inspection on our home in Buda indicated an issue with the AC. I spoke with the young lady in the office and she scheduled Jesse to go out and do the complete service for the following day. Jesse found an issue, gave me a couple of options and effected the repairs on the spot. I am almost sorry we have moved from the area. AIM is my choice for heating and AC in the the Austin/Buda/Kyle area and I have passed the word to all of my friends who still live there. Many thanks to all of the fine folks at AIM!

I can't speak highly enough of Susie and her great crew at AIM AC. They are extremely knowledgable and will bend over backwards to take care of you and provide you the best service possible. I called AIM an hour ago and the repair man is already here! Yes, here right now! He is fixing my problem and charging me $95. Sounds like a win win to me! No more 80+ degrees in the house!

AIM installed a new 16 SEER unit for us this spring, and performed some A/C air-handling "corrections" on the original construction-contractor install. It has handled the heat this summer admirably. The house is cooler than on comparable days last year, and our utility bills are considerably lower, even though 2001 to 2012 is an apples to oranges comparison.

I believe that this unit is more efficient and cools better. AIM offered a good pricing/cost option list, secured all our rebates for us, and got the job done in one day as promised. Highly recommended.
