From my very first contact with Duane, he was lightning quick in responding to all my inquiries/ flexible with scheduling and super knowledgeable on the various system configurations to maximize my $spend. He helped in the selection process for my split system which consisted of two large condensers and 4 indoor evaporators.

Special shout out as well to tech's Trent and Chad who went above and beyond to resolve a wire short issue that unexpectedly occurred. They troubleshooted the system till they found the cause and then returned the following day to finalize and ensure all was functioning properly. if you're considering installing a split or any AC system and are on the fence as to who your contractor will be, LOOK NO FURTHER! CALL AC UNLIMITED! You won't be disappointed. These guys are first rate all the way.

Needed a window a/c unit installed in our new condo. Called a few places in the middle of the China flu pandemic and these folks were the only ones to call back. With things backlogged due to the flu it was a few weeks before they were able to come out for an estimate. They came out on the date and within their 30 min window. The crew was friendly and did a great job of fitting the unit into the window.

They showed me what they were doing and how to remove it because we are planning on new windows in the fall. The crew installed it quickly and cleaned up afterwards. They did a great job and would certainly use them again for all my a/c needs.

We can say only good things about our experiences with Duane and his crew. They have now installed split units at two different houses for us. They had the first house which was 2800 square feet completed in ONE day! We were so impressed that we called them when we moved to do our new home. This was more of a challenge for them due to working around other utilities already installed in the house. But, they figured out an ingenious work-around, and over a year later we have not had a problem.

Some reviews are not good--sounds like they may be stretched thin due to being in great demand. All of the employees were professional and courteous to us. We even recommended them to our realtor, and she made a note of the company and their phone number.

Long story short, it was frustrating just to coordinate someone coming out to give us a quote. It's been over a week since they came and we still never got the quote. At this point, why would we even bother with them if they can't provide good service for a QUOTE request?

I tried contacting this company multiple times regarding an ac tune up and I haven't even received a call back from them. Their company name is listed under the Hawaii state energy website as a contractor and I'm not sure why they can't give a courtesy call. I wouldn't bother with this company if they can't perform the most basic customer service.

I had them install a split unit and it works great for me. They did a very nice job in the installation and during the summers it's made a huge difference! The bonus that we got out of this is that the exhaust blows in the same direction that i hang my clothes to dry so when I use the ac it also dries my clothes!

I nearly did "feel the difference" when you damn near merged into me over solid lines in your work truck. If you're in such a rush to make timelines that you need to do cut people off on the highway, you guys might need to work on your scheduling. I had a van full of toddlers.

Unhannded Business Just because thier guy's goofed off on the outside of my house for almost an hour, and the problem was not outside, then came in fiddled with the controller's. just to blame the problem on me. Ulitimately, they did a third party billing even though I had not called them in, because I am the tenant. The policy here is that tenant's can not be billed for ANY services outside of rent.

When I called to explain to them, the woman was just plain nasty and would not reverse the billing. Then three week's later they had to send out another more mature gentleman to fix another problem that the other two guy's should of caught and repaired when they were here. No ALOHA spirit in this company.

This company is awesome! We had some trouble with one of our ACs and needed to have it serviced. So we decided to try calling AC Unlimited. From the get go, the service we received was very thorough. The correspondence was prompt and we were able get an appointment in 2 days. Our technician whose name is Ed, arrived on time and did an excellent job servicing all 3 of our ACs.

We were very impressed with how Ed thoroughly cleaned all the different parts and made sure everything was in working order. Amazing! Then, the very next day, we received a follow up call from AC Unlimited to rate our satisfaction. Very prompt and very reputable! Highly recommended!

First class company! Got referred by colleague. Awesome service from Dayna and Duane! I priced around and selected AC Unlimited based on price BUT also quality of install! Close net install team! Duane (owner) worked onsite with his team! The team was professional and got the job done right the first time! Outstanding bunch of guys! I got two compressors and three blower setup! One big one for living room and two small blowers for two separate bedrooms. I would HIGHLY recommend AC Unlimited for you split AC needs.

Nah don't bother with these guys. Dana will make you feel like she's doing you a favor by honoring your warranty or servicing your contract. Phone etiquette is nonexistent. Seems like they're always short on Techs, too. Wonder why. One star for the cool Techs that come out.when they can actually get around to it.

We have been using Air Conditioning Unlimited for over 10-years now and they always provide professional & prompt service to our business. On some occasions when we've had emergencies it was very easy to contact them and have someone come out to service us.

I used these folks in the past to service and buy new ACs. They actually want to help you and want your business UNLIKE American AC!

I hope this review helps save you time. As of this date, the message is don't bother calling if you're not already being helped by them. I'm presuming they're may be very good. so good in fact, that they don't need new business. After receiving a list of Mitsubishi AC contractors from the distributor, I called the numbers on the list.

The first couple companies called me back right away and we set up appointments to discuss what was needed. Out of the blue, and a week later, I got a call from Air Conditioning Unlimited. They inquired if I had already received or requested quotes from other companies. When I replied yes, they said that they're not accepting new customers at this time.
