Air Express was great to work with. They put in a new AC and Heater. I don't know if the AC is working yet because it's February, but the heater is working great and we are happy to have the new furnace and AC. Thanks to the secretary, the technician and the team that did the instillation.

Michael was courteous and very knowledgeable. Furnace was not heating, or working. After diagnostics he explained it was igniter and faulty thermostat. Best HVAC company I have ever dealt with. Extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy. These guys have fixed our very old A/C compressors when other guys couldn't. The fixed my furnance in my condo when another company said I needed a whole new system. Now my upstairs furnace whent out and the onstalled a new multispeed smart unit that cools my house better than ever! Everyone of the guys that came in my house to do the work were first class and knowledgeable. Just call these guys and trust them.

Bryce is a life saver! The A/C went out and the company that we usually work with had a 10 day wait. One Hour Heating & Air was able to fit us in after hours 2 days after I called them. Replaced a part I needed when it disnt fix my problem they didnt charge me. During the hottest days this summer they replaced our.whole hvac quickly and professionally.

Service man came and checked our furnace and said he had to order the part and made a call to order the part and said he would be there to pick up the part the next morning and then told me he would be back the next day. When he didn’t show I️ called them to see what was going on and he claimed that he never said he was coming. I️ told the customer service lady about the conversation he had on his phone and the customer service lady just told me “I️ understand what you think you heard but he said he none of that happened”
