Our Geothermal Heat Pump systems are the most energy and cost efficient systems on the market and therefore the greenest technology for heating and cooling. The technology uses the relatively constant temperature of the earth (thermal energy) to provide heating, air conditioning and hot water. Ground and water temperatures, 6 feet below the earth's surface, stay relatively constant throughout the year. This allows the system to provide extremely efficient heating or cooling all year long in virtually any climate.
For your standard 1"-3" air filters, the manufacturers basically tell you to change them every 30-60 days. This is actually a great rule of thumb. But general rules aren't always for everybody. If you suffer from light to moderate allergies, you could upgrade the air filter or change them even more often.

0 stars should be an option! I don't want to even give them 1 star! You have to be Very rich or very tolerant they have unethical practices guard your pocketbook! And they are not at all accommodating! Five attempts at one repair and still it's broken and they just called and told me they would make no more repairs because they were not the business for me.
If I were you I'd keep researching different places Update since they responded: posted 4/29 Ive been hospitalized with an extreme case of covid for 8months. Ive gone legally blind and can no longer dial or answer my phone. So I'm not sure how I've made and canceled 4 appointments. People can make up whatever they want. Its up to the people reading this to come to their own conclusions.

Evan wad our Tech today. He did an excellent job troubleshooting the issues with both our heat pump and the emergency system heat. He came early, diagnosed the problems, fixed what he could and ordered necessary parts. He did an excellent job. We switched to this company because the installing company lost our trust. I'm very impressed with the service I received from Airflow Heating. The office personnel are friendly and efficient and the technician was courteous and very knowledgeable. I was only charged for diagnostics even though the technician was able to fix the problem at the same time and didn't charge me extra. Probably saved our house from explosion as the technician found two loose gas lines(from the other company that installed the fireplace 3 months ago) dumping raw fuel. I have the video! Great work Austin and AirFlo!

Our outside unit developed a rattle noise so we thought it best to have the unit serviced. Ed came out and checked over the unit solved our rattle noise and checked to be sure the unit was functioning as it should be. Ed was very knowledgeable and informative. He obviously knows his stuff. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Air Flo recently diagnosed a problem with our York heat pump system and found a failed blower motor. They replaced it within just a few days, which was great given all the supply chain problems of late. The part itself was expensive but the company's service was excellent - fast, thorough, and best of all, effective. They send an email a short time before the technician is due to arrive, complete with the name and photo of that technician, which I think is helpful and reassuring. I will continue to call on Air Flo for future needs. Great experience.

If you want a professional installation of a mini split system with a fantastic price then this is the company you need to hire. Their install techs led by Matt were above reproach! He took the time to explain the entire process of the install plus he made sure we understood how to operate our new heating/AC system before they left. The installation was clean, organized, and exceeded our expectations.
I received quotes from 4 different companies, and they were by far the most trustworthy with a great price and a quality Mitsubishi product on top of it all! The front office also was an extreme pleasure to deal with! I would not hesitate to use them again!

This is a very impressive company. Had issues, emergency heat only, heat pump not coming on. I emailed them after hours, did not expect to hear back until the AM they emailed me back in less than 20 minutes. I received a call first thing in the AM confirming appointment time. Eli was the technician, couldn't ask for a more professional, polite and sincere tech. Turns out it was operator error! Didnt make me feel like an idiot and charged me the bare minimum. Very fair and honest. Thanks Air Flo, will definitely be sending them referrals and more business.

We went with Air Flo to replace our home's 18 year old dual fuel heat pump/gas furnace. We went with the Mitsubishi Hyper Heat (H2i) split system. The techs went the extra mile to make sure the system was installed perfectly. Not well, but perfect. Our system is cranking along keeping the large house toasty warm while it is 19F outside right now.
Plus the new system is almost silent when running. No more hurricane from the old air handler. No backup strip heat, no backup propane to worry about. Thanks AirFlo! I am saving almost $200 a month in fuel this heating season.

I was so impressed with this company. Just moving into town and knowing that i would need a heat pump, i started looking around and asking the locals. I chose Air Flow and have been so pleased with the results. They helped me choose from a variety of products, scheduled a prompt installation and did a very professional job. And.they didn't even leave a trace that they had been here.not even a scrap of cardboard. Congenial, respectful and actually a joy to have around. Too bad they don't scrub floors or wash cars!

Called for an appointment and was told someone would call back. Two days later, nothing. Then I get on Yelp to look for someone else, and see this is common practice with this company. Way to make customers feel completely unimportant like they don't matter. Two calls to other companies and prompt replies. Ironically, I called Airflow two years ago at a different house and the same thing happened. Without customers, there isn't a business.

I would recommend this company to anyone who needs work done on their heating/air comfort system. Air Flo Heating recently replaced a heat pump system in my home. They consistently returned my calls in a reasonable amount of time when I had questions and I found them to be very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in detail. During the install they explained the process to me as well as giving me training in the use of my new system. I found them to be professional at all times. Terrible customer service. Called for an appointment, receptionist said they would call me back but never did. When I called back they said nothing available until November. Two months? Then when I said I was going to check with another local company the receptionists tone of friendliness changed. Before hanging up, she never said bye or thank you for calling. Nope. I'll give business to someone else.!

Air Flo just installed a ductless heat pump in my condo in Winslow. Everyone from sales to the installers were great. The installation went exactly as discussed with the sales person. They helped me with the proposal for my condo association and did the PSE rebate paperwork. The Mitsubishi heat pump is unbelievably quiet and very comfortable. I'm thrilled that I'll have air conditioning this summer!
