I called Air On Demand for quote to replace the entire AC system. They sent a rep out and after reviewing our needs provided several options to choose from. After some research on the unit, we decided on the more advance systems, Daikin. Our previous unit was from 2003 and had been repaired multiple times by previous homeowners which prevented from working efficiently.

Once we approved their offer, we scheduled it right away with no issues on product availability. On install day, Chris, was here on time and ready to get to work; with more than 18 years of experience he knew what had to be done and quickly found solutions to any concerns we had. His team was able to move the AC handler to its new location and complete the entire install on the same day.

Once complete, Chris and his time, walked me through using the new system, helped set up the thermostat with wifi and made sure to pick up and ensure everything was left as it was before. Overall, I am very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend them.

OnDemand Air exceeded my expectations. You get what you pay for + a solid 10 year warranty. Everyone was serious, professional, on time, responsive, and accessible at all times. Accessible via text, email, regular mail, phone; you pick. They replaced our duct system. We had a A/C leak on our duct making our attic cool. Wasted energy, not anymore thanks to their work.

They also re-installed our clothes dryer air duct. Also added blown insulation. I will hire and recommend OnDemand Air again for future projects. Management has set the right tone.

Air on Demand is one of those rare companies that is excellent! Techs are very professional and never tried to up sell. The next day they came to do the installation and did a fantastic job. They were on time and did a very clean installation. Chris & Bernard also took the time to explain the system and they were very knowledgeable. After 30 years, I finally found an air conditioning company that I can trust.

In the heat that is already upon us and its just May, my AC decided to start blowing warm air. I called Air on Demand and spoke with Jessy. She was friendly, nice and resourceful. Jessy told me that their schedules were booked out for the day but that she would attempt to put me in. Luck was definitely on my side that day! I had a technician Aramis come to my home that evening to service my unit. He was professional, clean, and extremely detail oriented! They have a customer for life!

One of the most honest and reliable companies I have come across. Customer service is above par, technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. Will recommend to anyone that needs air conditioning service.

We had AC issues on a Sunday & this was one of the few companies that didn't charge a ridiculous amount to come out on a weekend. They charged $97 which would be credited towards repairs over $300, under $300 that $97 would still be charged. A great tech named David came out & got us up and running. He was very knowledgeable! Monday morning the office called & gave us a quote of $1,300 to repair a part under warranty.

That charge is only labor for a job they said would take no more than one day. When I asked for a price breakdown they said that was a flat rate & if I was unwilling to pay I could go elsewhere. Asked them to email me the info so I could review it & the gentleman said sure, then hung up without actually asking for my email address. Was really hoping to work with them because we had such a great experience with their technician, if only the office staff was less rude!

I was quoted on the phone that it would cost "$500 and up" to clean an AC drain line, pan, and coil! What a joke

I’ve been using on-demand for over five years and they have never let me down. Great service, great quality, and all of their technicians are amazing. Especially Chris. Not only have I use their air-conditioning maintenance services and repairs, but also the air duct cleaning. I would recommend to everyone. A good tip would be to hire them for your regular maintenance. They have a membership for that.

Had an outstanding experience with Air on Demand. Returned home from a trip on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to respond and fix the problem. The service was prompt and efficient and notified me when the tech was responding. I will definitely use them again for AC needs.

Had a new AC installed yesterday. They've been great from the sales to customer service and installation. Very professional and helpful. Air On Demand is great. We have a duplex and AOD has installed the ACs and maintained them for several years. They've performed our yearly maintenance and responded very quickly to an issue with a drain pain being plugged. Mike, was our technician and stayed in contact with both us ( owner ) and our tenants. Thank you. Finding and using AOD was a very good thing!

It took almost a week to get a call back then the dispatcher was so rude I didn't bother to schedule the service

The technician seemed very knowledgeable, he was right on time to give the estimates, and the prices were great. He was the only technician who was able to find a second unit on the roof that everyone else missed, which was part of the problem at the property.

Thank You to Air On Demand! A/C went out on Sunday afternoon and was repair by Monday morning! As aways excellent service!

This is my second time using this company. I did have an issue contacting them, I would request information or a quote and would not get a response, but after my third attempt I was called @ 8:30 am the next day, this was not a big issue for me. I was able to schedule a AC duct cleaning for the following Monday. This day before I received a text from the company to remind me of the appointment, and the day of I was called @7:45am and told they were on the way, shortly after I received another text with the information of the workers coming to my house and a picture of who to expect.

They started around 8:45-9am and where finished around 11:30am. The workers where very professional and cleaned up after themselves when finished. Will continue to do business with them.

This is the worst experience that I have had with any AC company. Rather than fix a leak, they made me pay $900 to replace the entire line. Six weeks later, I have no Freon in the unit and the compressor blew. Clearly, they never fixed the leak. Since the unit is still relatively new and under warranty, they told me to call another company that is licensed to do warrantied work (they charged me another $80 to come out and tell me this). Stay away!

1st, I never complain because my approach is to make praise and if I am not happy, let it alone. This was upsetting because the technician came out and made a quote without even thinking of fixing the unit. Second, his quotes were higher than all others. Third, I explicitly stated that the technician should talk to the owner and not give specifics to the tenant.

The professional gave a higher quote than all the other quotes. He then emailed the quote and the specifics to the tenant. I am tired of someone trying to get my business but not following my requests. I appreciate professional service. I am disappointed.

Highly recommend Air on Demand. They were able to come the very same day for our AC unit and Adam was quick and very personable. He was able to patch up the fix and explain exactly what was wrong. We have a birthday party this weekend and Adam saved us from having to cancel it. Thank you!

Our a/c system was old and limping, went out Sat. morning.within 2 hours their crew as there installing a great new system and a very good price and by later in the day we were chillin again. My husband and I are so happy that we found Air On Demand! Our outside A/C unit stopped working during the evening. In a panic, we called several companies to help assess our situation. Unfortunately, since our A/C unit stopped functioning after working hours, many companies could not come out or had exorbitant after-hour fees. When we called Air On Demand after-hour service, we were told we would get a call back from their technician. Richard called us back within 10 minutes.

He asked about our situation and explained their after-hour fees. To our relief, their diagnostic fee was very affordable (as compared to several other local companies). When he arrived, he was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and had a very friendly demeanor despite the late hour! Since we were new customers he took the time to explain each and every step.

He explained that the diagnostic fee was to check both the inside and outside A/C units. After working diligently, he found the problem, had all the parts in his truck and he was able to fix our unit! We cannot recommend this company enough. Richard's exemplary professionalism and care is why we will continue to call Air On Demand and recommend them to all our friends and family. Adam showed up on time for an appointment that I was able to get just by calling in today - he did a thorough check up and showed me some parts that needed to be replaced and helped me to arrange for a duct cleaning as well as installed a UV light to control the mold that was beginning to show up in the unit. Honest, reliable and knowledgeable. For 20 years we have only used Air On Demand and will continue to only use them. Our repair tech, Adam took the time to explain everything to us, he cares and was committed to get our AC running correctly again. Impressed with how he took the time to check and double check before he left.

Fast and knowledgeable service. Thank you Raymond! My AC went out on Saturday night and on Sunday morning, Raymond was here and got it straightened out in a flash! It wasn't a simple fix, either. Our AC died on Tuesday night, Wednesday all day I met with four different companies. And finally AIR ON DEMAND, after speaking with Chris from AIR on Demand I questioned why I ever called anybody else. His customer service is impeccable as is his knowledge and his care what he does. Wednesday at 5:30 PM after Chris left my house I spoke to my wife and explained to her all the Information I had just gathered, we called Chris at 5:45 and by 615 I had a contract in my email box.

Once I signed it and sent it back, we are ready to go.

Thursday morning at 9:30 I got a phone call from Jesse from the air on demand office, she was calling to set up an appointment to do the install. At noon the same day Jesse called me and told me that the installers could be at my house within two hours. Amazed, I ran home and they were at the gate waiting for me.

By 6 o'clock air-conditioning was installed, up and running and I was very impressed with all of the service. The install took them just under four hours and they took great care of my home and even removed my old unit. since Thursday they have come by twice to make sure that unit was fully functioning, running and cooling up to my expectations. they have earned another satisfied customer!!! They even gave me (12) air filters to cover my first year!!!!

Called for emergency service at my home. Was told technician would call with status. He never responded and company never followed up. I had to call 5 times within 5 hour window before I told them they can forget it. I wouldn't refer them to anyone.

Got an estimate back in October by Mike, very professional. I told him that wasn't ready yet it, was hoping to pushing the unit for another 3-4 months. May 2016, Called to get the work started and spoke to Shannon, great customer service, she had my estimate from October and was able to send Chris out after 5:30pm that very same day for the paper work.

Finally Bernard, (the installer) arrived first thing Saturday morning and was non-stop till about 5pm. Professional, clean & punctual! They took care of the rebates, the old unit and left everything as clean as they found it. I had 3 different companies come out, 2 from Angie's list and AOD from Yelp, trust your fellow yelpers.

My husband and I were so impressed by our Air On Demand team: Mike, Bernard and Raz. They installed our Central air Conditioning and they were professional, competent, neat and always arrived at the time they said they would be here. We are so happy we chose Air On Demand.

Had an issue with our Trane system Wednesday night. Called Air on Demand at 8:00 am Thursday and Jessy set me up with a Mid-day appointment. About 11:00am received a call from jessy letting me know the technician was on his way. Minutes later Joshua arrived, found the issue and the unit repaired. It disappoints me to have to write a bad review but I feel that all potential customers need to be aware of my experience before you choose an a/c company. I just bought a new house and the a/c stopped cooling. I called AOD and a repairman promptly came out. He noticed the outside unit was not running and without even opening the unit proceeds to tell me that it was an old unit, his manager told him not to do anything, I just needed a new system.

Mind you, I have just bought a house and pretty much spent all my savings. I asked if there was any options that will get me through just for now. The repairman kept saying that it was not worth it, it was old, nothing could be done. His manager approved to waive the service call fee of $89.95 because nothing could be done but purchase a new system and his sales department would come out and give me an estimate for the new one.

I was flabbergasted thinking where I was going to get an extra $5000-$7000 for a new a/c system. Luckily, my handyman was in the house hearing this and immediately called an a/c repairman he works with who inspected the unit, saw that it was the compressor, offered me the option of a new or refurbished compressor. I took the refurbished for $300 with a one year warranty to give me some time to save up for a newer system.

I felt totally aggravated that they would put me or anyone through this angst and not even offer an option. I realize that my a/c is old and I will need to get a new one but when I do I WILL NOT get it from AOD.

I can't believe I almost forgot to write a review for Air on Demand. I called on Saturday for a request to change my air conditioning system, got a call back on Sunday and Raymond was there bright and early Monday morning. Everyone was professional and things got done in a timely fashion. Once all the work was done they made sure that I knew how to operate my new system, and as the summer is arriving I'll be nice and COOL!!!!

Was referred to them from our Yelpers and the 5 star service is legit. From calling them on the phone to the serviceman who was in my driveway, everything was perfect. The two ladies that answer the phone are so respectful and courteous. I LOVE great customer service. When the man arrived at my house he was actually waiting on me which I did feel bad.

He arrived earlier than I thought. Well he did the tests on my AC and was very honest with me. He gave me a rough estimate of what everything would cost and for me to look into some other options. I would've spend about $1000 with them but after calling the company who installed it, it would be cost effective to go with them. I definitely wouldn't mind going to this company again. I love their professionalism and no bull caca. I would not look any further than Air on Demand.

As soon as my ac broke down in our sweltering 90 degree heat, I called and within a few hours Mike was at our house diagnosing the problem. The ac needed to be replaced and it was all said and done by the following evening. We never felt pressured or cajoled. Thanks again for all and for paying a little extra attention to details.

This as to be the best air conditioning company in Miami. They installed 2 unit in my house in 2008,and have never missed once to check my units every 6 months, even during the economic crisis they where on the job. The staff is the best, in the office or on the go, always pleasant and knowledgeable and very willing to give you the best service. My last check was with Raymond, and he was great. Air on demand was recommended to us by our neighbor. They did a very professional job. Air on demand offers warranties that NO OTHER COMPANY have. The equipment they sell and the warranty it comes with is unbeatable.

My old split-system central a/c quit cooling. Air On Demand (Chris) came the same day I called and diagnosed completely to my satisfaction a failed compressor. He explained that I had to replace the entire system since my system used a refrigerant that is no longer permitted and no replacement compressor is available. Within a few days, I was given a proposal for a new system at what I considered a good price, and the system was installed one morning in six hours (by Raz and Bernard). I found everyone I dealt with to be professional, efficient, and courteous. Overall, this unfortunate event turned into as positive an experience as I could have hoped for.

Air on Demand has the best Installation and Service. We installed our unit 6 years ago and purchased 10 year warranty and service plan and thanks to this option, it keeps running like new. They just came out to replace our outside coil and everything was covered without additional costs. They are prompt to respond and their customer service is 5 star.

We have had many technicians over the years for maintenance and for service and each one has been knowledgeable and thorough. Our most recent technician Adam has been to our home 3 times and always shows up with a smile and ready find solutions. In South Florida where Air Conditioning is not a luxury but a necessity, you really get what you pay for, and Air On Demand is worth every penny. After some bad experiences with other companies I'm glad we found these guys. As long as they are around, we will be their customers.

Excellent service! Our AC stopped working this afternoon on a Saturday and within a couple hours air on demand had someone come to the house.
