Our company was established over seven years ago, with a combined 40 years experience, there not just the newest heating and air company around; they introduced a whole new set of standards for doing business locally. In fact, you might say that they rolled out the red carpet for each and every new customer. Matt Barber and a group of Sac State University Business Professors developed an integrated customer assurance program that enabled them to make sure their growing client base was completely satisfied and as a result, their customer-focused approach catapulted them to the position of a premier Trane dealer in the area.

The founder of Air Tech HVAC inc. grew up in the foothills of California and initially garnered most industry experience by working for large companies in the Sacramento area. But when Matt Barber decided to open his own business he opted to do it back home near family and friends. In 2001 Matt started out working by himself from a small office, answering service calls and offering in-home consultations. As the business grew, he expanded the space, employee base and offerings.

Today, the business has built its own 3,000 square foot shop that houses all the business activities and 10 employees to keep things running smoothly. I have been highly disappointed in this company's lack of customer service and care. Their salesperson sold us a worthless unit, which has done nothing but break down. When you schedule a tuneup way in advance, they often cancel the appointment during the allotted 3-hour time slot they make you wait after already waiting 2 hours. The receptionist is rude and inconsiderate to the customer. She defends the lack of the company's customer care by saying things like "I just found out now to call to cancel you," which has nothing to do with helping the customer. There are several other solutions they could come up with, such as: having someone on call for such times when emergencies arise, canceling the last person scheduled instead of the next person on the list just so they don't have to disappoint anyone else, a guarantee of the re-scheduled time at the customer's confidence, or offer a discount. These are all part of giving a damn about your customers! I will never recommend your company to anyone ever!

An Air Tech technician came out promptly and addressed the issue that we had with our home AC unit quickly. Only charged for a diagnosis because the issue at hand was not a major one that required much time as effort. Highly recommended.

AirTech came out to the office. I explained to Jason what our issue was. He went over what he found and what he was going to do to get what needed to be fixed, fixed. Then when he was done he gave a review, he was super patient when I asked questions regarding the review and recommended office temps. Good customer service is a rare commodity lately. Thanks

The technician was great. Service was also very quick. My major concern here is cost. My AC unit needed a new capacitor which costs all of $20-$30 but unfortunately I could not get one locally and purchasing one online was going to take at least two days to get here. In this heat there was no way I was going to wait. Even with a 15% discount I still ended up paying almost $400 for a part that cost less than 30 bucks. Very unhappy about how much I had to pay for an inexpensive part and about 20 minutes of work

I bought a system from this company under its old ownership. It has been a nightmare for years with needed repairs. But the new owner is in town and he means business! The field supervisor, Chris, came out today and in consultation with the new owner, they took care of this system like it should have been a long time ago. I so appreciate the new ownership and can now highly recommend this company! They are responsive and responsible and will have my future business!

In doing our servicing on our heater and air conditioner that he comes out twice a year to do he found some issues with the unit, one was preventive maintenance to which we had surge protectors installed on both units to prevent damage to the units, he also found that the fan on the heating unit was coming on more frequently than it was supposed to which was caused in us extra money with our PG&e bill.

We happen to have a service contract for home protection for our appliances air conditioner and heater to which this PC board fell under. After trying to explain for an hour to the insurance company what the concerns were it was finally taken care of this man was more than professional more patient than I could have possibly been worked clean did the job proficiently and was pleasant the total time. I would highly recommend him and just about any condition just by the way he conducted himself.

I recommend Air Tech Pros. The entire experience was informative and pleasant experience. The staff was pleasant and informed from the beginning with Greg and Jason for the estimate cost to the end of the job with Darwin, Kyle, and Moses. I want to give a special thanks to Kyle and Moses for spending all three days of the install. Especially for the last 2 days spending their day up in my attic installing the new ducts and spraying new insulation.

The also made it a point to make sure to spend time making sure they clean up before they left our house. They even gave us instructions on how to set up our new digital thermostat. They made the whole ordeal of getting a new heating and air conditioner, new ducts and insulation as pleasant experience. Thank you Air Tech Pros.

Where do I start? The terrible customer service, or the incompetence? About 2 months ago, we started a gas to electric system conversion, but are still not up and running. The work was done by two incompetent technicians who completely butchered the job. They used way too much duct material which resulted in the ducting collapsing in on itself and thus reducing the airflow by more than 50%, causing static pressure to build up and strain the $28,000 system.

Thank goodness someone had the sense to hire the guy who does their installation corrections. He is a seasoned Veteran who spent years doing HVAC for the US Military. He came out about two weeks ago to inspect the installation, and has since spent several full days tearing out the old system and completely re-doing it. In one more visit we should be up and running, but I'm not celebrating yet, as Airtech's Accounting Department has been continually harassing us for full payment before the work is even finished!

My husband and I are in the Construction industry and are well versed in California Law regarding contract payment, which is due WHEN THE WORK IS COMPLETE. We received an extremely unprofessional email from some idiot in their office threatening to put a lien on our house if full payment wasn't received today. I left a voicemail for that individual stating I would not tolerate her threats and demanded I hear from her supervisor, who called to apologize immediately.

It seems Airtech does have measures in place to correct their massive f*** ups, but that would not be necessary if they were competent enough to do the job right in the first place. Rant over.

AirTech removed my old heat pump packed unit from roof, replaced it with a new one, reinforced the roof where the unit sits and completed all wiring. They also lowered their pricing. I was watching FOX 40 news and they mentioned the home and garden show at the CAL EXPO center and thats were I met Greg. AirTech delivered as advertised. Special thanks to Greg, Darwin, and Hugo. Job well done.

All great except I dislike the sales pitch at the end. definitely lose some credibility when seems like they are making stuff up to try to sell you. Update: Our project manager got in touch with us and we gave them one last chance to make the system work. They got their best man on the job and finally got the system working, so we are satisfied. It is currently 5am and I'm cold and huddled under the blankets unable to sleep, so I'm writing this review out of frustration. My parents just spent $23000 for Airtech to install a completely new HVAC system in this house, even down to the duct work.

We have now had to call them back FIVE times because the system hasn't worked properly yet. Each time we have to have them come back out, we have to call them, wait hours to days to hear back from someone to schedule another appointment, then one of us has to stay home from work to wait in this cold house for more hours while they "fix" it. They have still not fixed the problem.

It's been 2 weeks of this back and forth now. This company is either incompetent or a scam. Now me, I read reviews and research a company before I hire them for such a big project. But my parents unfortunately don't know how to do that well, being from an older generation. I would never have hired this company now that I've gone back and read the reviews.

But here we are. At this point we are going to have to find a different company to come out and fix this company's work, even though we have paid so much money already, simply because we don't have the time to keep calling them back out, nor do we trust them to ever fix it.

We had our HVAC unit replaced recently. After 3 estimates from various companies, we settled with Air Tech. I felt that Greg was very involved with the project from the day he came by to give their estimate. Overall we were happy with the ease and pace of the replacement. I am going to keep doing business with this company! Just a tip for anyone getting their unit replaced: I wish I would have left the house for a few hours!

After install, the unit had a slight smell that went away (I guess something on the unit is coated in oil that burns off), but for a few hours when we first used the unit I kept getting light headed.

I would not recommend this company at all. They don't return calls. I used them through my home warranty and the tech came out and was nice and said I needed work on the air conditioner as well as needed duct work. The duct work was not covered by my home warranty but I believed the tech. $9k later duct work was done and was completed within a week.

Now for the part covered by home warranty, I called 4 times and left a message with Maureen, not one of my calls were returned on details with when work would be completed. All the parts were ordered by home warranty and waiting for them to pick up. I finally called my home warranty and long behold when they transferred me to Air tech my call was answered.

I was speaking with Maureen and she didn't know anything about the work that was suppose to be done. (Even though she handles the warranty work). When I explained my concerns about never receiving a phone call back she rudely accused me of lying. I even gave her the exact dates I called and she told me She was not going to argue over dates. She then told me I was a rude person and hung up on me.

I read the reviews before they came out but I had no option on who to use because of my home warranty so word to the wise, if you are able to go with a different company save your time and money and do so. On top of this it's been a month and I have no Permits have been issued for the duct work that was done. I am calling the contractor board on them

I HAVE TWO YEARS SERVICE MAINTENANCE with Sir Tech. before the two years service maintenance I used their services. I highly recommend them as they are professional and have very experienced technician. Dear Air Tech, This is NOT how you should treat your client's home! This picture is a small sampling of the disgusting mess left behind by the Air Tech employee who came to my house today. I'm pretty sure he walked over ever square inch of my hardwood floors and rugs with his dirty boots on. You are incredibly lucky that my husband was the one home and not me, because I would have handed you the vacuum and a mop and told you to fix it! Unbelievably rude and disrespectful to my home.

Not to mention, after three times now of calling you to fix the same problem, you sold us another expensive and completely unnecessary temporary fix that in no way solved the problem. When my husband asked you point blank what you discovered the problem to be, you responded with "a combination of things most likely" which is code for "I have no freakin clue!" We will NEVER be calling your company again; the level of ineptitude is remarkable.

Horrible company with the worst customer service. Waited weeks for a new unit they insisted was needed which would cost us thousands of dollars. Finally gave up and contacted a new company which had our A/C fixed in 2 hours for $100.

Technician came out numerous times to fix our air conditioner but all they where interested was selling us a new unit. Waited several weeks for parts. We finally got frustrated waiting and called out another company and they had our ac working within hours. Didn't need a new unit after all only needed a new fan motor. Horrible customer service.

Read the reviews! Requested help June 15th Fidelity requested that this company comes out. They do and the diagnostics is that we either need to replace the entire unit or have the two expensive parts which literally cost as much as the unit. He then left the girl who deals with the home warranties was unresponsive and only called us back after we contacted fidelit Eventually after all the back and forth with unprofessionalism.

Two months has passed We barely survived through 113 degree weather somehow without AC September 10th and still no AC. There's definitely something fishy and wrong with this company.

Let me just say the proof of a company is how they handle the unexpected. Air Tech came through at all points. In the end they replaced a 28 year old heating and A/C unit they made it affordable and as an unexpected problem arose, they resolved it quickly and to my complete satisfaction. DO NOT use this company for an HVAC installation. Can I give a zero star for horrible? Promises are made to suit whatever the story, and nothing is carried through. No customer service to speak of - phone calls, texts, emails are never answered, replied to nor returned. Damage was made during installation, along with a mess that was left behind, and it was only after legal action was threatened did some form of restoration occur. Weeks and weeks of struggles to get the permit paperwork.

They came recommended by a friend - sorry to say it was a bad choice to follow through with this recommendation. Save yourself some time and effort and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, anywhere, but with this company. Can only imagine what the struggles will be to get any service - despite the supposed warranty, my guess is we will go somewhere else. The hassle of dealing with this company is not worth it!

This company deserves 0 stars. They came to service our air conditioner unit at the request of our Home Warranty Company, Fidelity. The technician said we needed a replacement unit. However, they have one person in their office, Maureen, who handles Home Warranty reports. I have been unable to speak to Maureen, as you only get her voicemai. I left her several messages over the course of one and a half months, but she never returned a phone call.

I called the Airtech office and spoke to a supervisor. She informed me that Maureen was the only one who handled the home warranty requests. I asked her to leave her a message to call me, she assured me she would call me that day. I did not hear from her. We cannot get through to our home warranty company because they have system difficulties. I have waited on hold for two hours to speak to someone and cannot get through.

My husband found a way to email Fidelity and someone called us and contacted Airtech for the report. Maureen gave them our report, but said Airtech refused to do the work, because I bothered them with my phone calls! What happened to seeing your customers? I can't believe how we were treated. We have been through 2 record heat waves with no air and now we have to start all over again with a different company that Fidelity is sending out. I hope this review saves someone else from this company!

Wildly disappointed. Came out several times. Wrong diagnosis which led to multiple appointments only to find out I need a whole new unit and THEN they decided to cut all communication. Now, during a heat wave! They are too busy to write up reports, answer or return calls, share reports with me or home warranty company. If they were too busy why don't they say that?

Pass it on to someone else or at the very least let the customer know they can't do it. I have never had an experience like this where they just cut off a customer leaving them to start over during a heat wave in Sacramento. Unbelievable!

The technician was super friendly, very clean and knowledgeable. With that being said, the home warranty service was awful. We requested service June 3rd. It's July 2nd and we still have no AC. The warranty specialist does not return calls, and they ordered the wrong part. I have no other company to use because it's through the warranty.

Terrible company. Our air has not been in good working order since June 10th. Air Tech was assigned by our warranty company, they came out on June 16th on a Wednesday to look our system over. We called AirTech on Monday when we didn't hear anything and they said someone would get back with us in 40 minutes no one ever called. We were told by Air Tech, Maureen is in charge of warranty work at Air Tech, it's been a week since their tech came out and wrote up a report and still no submission to our Warranty company of the work that needs to be done.

It was up to 108F two days in a row while we have been waiting. When I found out our work report wasn't even submitted, I called Air Tech today and talked to Maureen and asked why. Maureen's comment was it may take 3 weeks to get this resolved and your warranty company might not approve some of the work. Just wow.obviously we would pay out of pocket if our warranty company denies whatever work still needs to be done. Needless to say I was not happy with the turn around time and feel like I should have been advised if the delay when the tech initially came out, I expressed that to Maureen and she then told us she was dropping our job.

I guess the warranty team at AirTech doesn't care about a professional turn around time to get their customers' air fixed. Now we have to start this whole process over with another HVAC company.

I Made appointment for $53 tune up they gay came out and without even looking at it wanted to sell me a new unit. had to reschedule 2nd time out same thing pretended to look at in with cover off and told me i needed to replace it. did absolutely NO WORK but charged me the $53. That is fraud that fee was a tune up. they did nothing. refund my money now

Buyer beware. This company charges twice what other companies charge. I had five companies bid to replace all my ducts and they were $10,000-$15,000 higher than all the other bids. They also had to fix my AC and quoted me an astronomical price to replace the coil that was covered by a warranty. Make sure you get other quotes before using them.

I had this company install a new furnace ( the FAU portion of my split unit HVAC system) last year (2020). Unbeknownst to me, their installers zip tied my main air supply ducting instead of taping it which caused the air ducting to collapse and the insulation clogged the main air line which caused my air conditioning condenser to explode. I made an appointment with them to fix my air conditioning system through my home warranty program (they are an approved vendor) - they said it would take over 10 days before they could get out and take a look.

Because it would be so long before they could out and we were experiencing extreme heat conditions I called another company who was able to come out that day and install a temporary air conditioning system for me. The other company installed the temporary system which worked fine for 2 days and then quit working. I called that company who then came back out, took a look and ended up going up into the attic to find the main problem which was the installation of the FAU last year.

I called to explain the situation to Air Tech and left a message with their answering system even though it states they're open they're 24 hours. The answering system said they would have a call a technician call me the next day. After not receiving a call, I called late in the afternoon to find out what was going on. They were extremely rude and unhelpful.

They said they couldn't come out and take a look for over a week leaving me, my 6 months old granddaughter, and 85 year old mother with no air conditioning during over 100 degree temperature days. They said it wasn't their problem and tried to blame the company that installed the new temporary air conditioning system. This company, mind you, did not install my first air conditioner that the condenser blew up on only the second one. Needless, to say I would never use this company if it wasn't necessary to use them in order to go through my home warranty program. Super disappointed in their customer service!

I was happy from start to finish with the work Air Tech Pro's did all except the removal of the debris from the front of my house, which included the air conditioner and heating unit , sheet metal, ducting, wiring, cardboard boxes and another air conditioner from another job which was Friday. All this junk was siting in the street from Friday to Monday morning.

I spoke with Air Pro on Monday AM and they hire a third party to remove the left over materials. I have a couple minor things that they said they would take care as of Wednesday to correct them.. Good company, friendly and professional

Just had my new system inspected by the building department for the second time and it failed again! I know things can overlooked during an install, but how can you fail to make two simple fixes required by the inspector on your second try??? Maybe the third time will be a charm. Don't forget that you cannot make a appointment for a building department final, you have to be available all day, so now thanks to Air Tech, I have to use another day's vacation sitting around waiting for a building inspector.

All because the Air Tech installer forgot to make a simple check mark on the outside of the unit with a sharpie and apparently the second installer couldn't be bothered either (even though it was listed on the failure notice). Beware it make forever to get your permit final and that could be a real problem when trying to sell a house.

Did I fail to mention that you cannot make a appointment for a building dept final, you have to be available all day, so now thanks to Air Tech, I have to use another day's vacation sitting around waiting for the building inspector. If there were 10 stars I would have granted it. Mike was not only on time but spent time to walk me through what options I had and did not try to upsell me. He could have worked to sell me a new unit like so many other companies but he located the issues and gave me realistic diagnostic and promptly fixed it. His professionalism was great and the price was fair. I will be using them as an ongoing basis.

Rude and disrespectful. After install, the unit was very noisy, after a $250.00 up sell to make it quieter, still noisy. Do your homework, this co. Is run by a guy who is just after the sales, not the best interest of customers.

Luckily the service guys are really nice, otherwise I'd give 0 stars. They are very overpriced and will recommend expensive fixes that aren't necessary. We had an issue with work that was under warranty and I had to call 7 times before someone returned my call and came to fix it. They did honor the warranty and do the work no charge.

5-12-2021: They came out in November 2020 for warranty work at our residence. A new coil was installed and fabrication of duct work was performed. We turned on the A/C last week for the 1st time since the install, and it is blowing warm air. The warranty company sent out another A/C company, and they tell us the incorrect coil is installed and well and a wrong TXV.

In short, R22 parts on a 410 system. An Air Tech, technician came out on Saturday and confirmed the same. Moreen from Air Tech will not answer our calls, or work with our warranty company, and Air Tech will not take ownership of their mistake during the installation of parts in Nov 2020. I'll try to upload emails and work orders for reference.

Unfortunately, some promises made during the sales process fall well short and management is disorganized and, at times, unprofessional. Price is on par with the higher end companies and systems. Expect to pay about $18k for a 5 ton AC and heating system using existing ducts, including permits. The biggest issue that I had was the emphasis on certain guarantees and policies made during the sales process.

One item singled out by the salesman was the "Customer Respect" clause that states technicians will not use tobacco products while on property. I guess smoking in my driveway was an exception? The next was the "Property Protection Guarantee" that states "Damaged property will be replaced or repaired." They had to cut a larger hole in the attic to get the new unit in -- no problem -- totally understandable.

But they don't have any drywall experts on staff, so they sent out a contractor who, in front of me, discussed how he doesn't have the right parts to install bull-nosed edges. So he proceeded to install right-angle edging on two sides, butted up against my bull-nosed edges on the two adjacent sides (the whole house has bull-nosed corners on every wall and facet).

For 5 months, I continued to tell them that it was wrong and withheld final payment waiting for them to fix it. Despite telling the sales person 3 times, and the backoffice another 2 or 3 times. It wasn't until some accountant saw the small amount due that we finally agreed that I'd just hire my own contractor to fix it -- that was 5 months after installation!

And regardless of the bull-nose issue, their drywall sub-contractor failed to match the paint, did a horrible job to where you could see the flashing he installed (metal) and copped an attitude when he didn't like the answer to his question about my satisfaction. The final straw that drove me to share my experience was the "free" maintenance included in my contract.

They called about a month ago and told me that I'm due for maintenance and they'll come out. Well today, the morning that they were supposed to come out, they called and canceled. I took time off of work to stay home for this! Their excuse? "We like to perform maintenance 1 year after installation". Ummm. YOU CALLED ME! Whatever. Give me my two free maintenances, honor your warranty and we can agree that any other business will go to competitors. Don't point out your "cool differentiating guarantees" in your contract if you can't live up to them. Honestly had that not been such a big part of the sales pitch, I probably wouldn't have sweated the relatively minor infractions here -- I would have just chalked it up to being a mediocre contractor. Oh well.

I have a duplex. One unit definitely needed a new HVAC. The second unit I could do additional repairs and it would last a little longer. But with the smud rebates and receiving back money that was spent on the air conditioning side of the heating and air Unit just 6 months ago it was a no brainer to spend approximately 5,000.00 for that one side of the duplex. It’s a good deal! I have been really impressed with their personal and and the Air Tech company.

I cannot give enough praise to this company. From the first person to come out just to confirm the issue to the sales to the installation. We never once had to wait on a call back. Never once felt pressured into buying things we didn’t need. Honest employees. Awesome experience. They were always on time and did a thorough job. We’d recommend this company to anyone.

Very dissatisfied with Air Tech HVAC. About 4 1/2 years ago they installed a mini split unit for downstairs and Standard 3-Ton unit upstairs. Did not use outdoor rated LB box which resulted in water intrusion from condenser drip line installed directly above. Rusted out a hot wire. Fortunately the breaker tripped and house didn't catch on fire. Had them repair due to their error was originally quoted $691.

When tried to have price mitigated, was told actually $1200 to run a new circuit, again their error. Was never quoted $1200 until I complained. Would only reduce to $600 plus the original $89 diagnostic. I realize some time has passed since install but this should not have occurred and $700 is not okay. My next post will be to CSLB where I learned there are several other complaints. Beware if you choose to use them!

I am very happy to give the highest recommendation to AirTech. I don’t think anyone really sees the need to replace their heating/air unit as a fun experience but at least Darwin and Roy made it a pleasant experience. For the last 13 years my living room has always been cold in the winter and hot in the summer where the rest of the house was the opposite.

Now with the new unit and the properly installed venting, everywhere is balanced and very comfortable. These two wonderful gentlemen managed to completely replace the unit and all the ducting both inside and outside of my house without disturbing any of my landscaping nor did they leave a mess any where. It honestly looks like no one has been there.

During the installation I also got a call from their office each day -Kelsey- asking how things were going and if there were any problems. Service like this is hard to find. In addition to their great service on the job their prices are good also. They are neither the cheapest and certainly not the most expensive but they guarantee their systems for 10 years and that also is rare for the industry. In our mountain communities sometimes it is very hard to find reliable people to do repairs I feel extremely lucky to have found AirTech. They are truly outstanding.

Drew came to our house and was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and thorough about everything we needed to know. We had another company come out and put our filter in the completely wrong spot. I had never heard of this company before so I was a little nervous with trusting them. I got new insulation and ducts. They were incredible!! Very professional, polite, flexible with scheduling and very concerned about making sure I was comfortable and happy every step of the way. They have flexible payment options. They explain everything and are thorough.

They even found a leak where rain water was dripping on my HVAC! Now Ive got Sierra Pacific coming out to fix their error. The two guys who did my install saved me thousands by alerting me to that problem! They worked well as a team and I found out later that they're actually brothers! So I definitely recommend Airtech without hesitation!

Went to a home and garden show over the weekend in August wasn't that impressed but met Randy from Air Tech HVAC very nice no pressure sales pitch made an appointment for that Monday. I like what he had to say one week later had my new air conditioning unit installed. The service technician Darwin and Devin came to install the unit very professional ... explain the process as they went alone took 2 days and cleaned up afterwards and explain the new unit and thermostat. I would highly recommend the company to all my friends and family.

I'm only giving this company 4 stars because of the lack of communication between sales/admin and myself (the customer). They had scheduled us for a specific date. The job was to begin on Monday. I had to call them on Friday to see if anyone would be here. I was told by Randy they would get back to me. Had to call again to get a new schedule. No one bothered to tell us the windows had not arrived on time.

We also received the wrong size doggie door which was built into the slider. Now, we wait for the new one to come in. I will say, I would give the installation crew, Dustin and Mike, 5+++ stars. They were respectful, professional and fun to work with. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. Thank you for the great service. You guys are amazing.

Very Professional service. Local company that you can get in touch with when you need AC or Heating repairs. Scheduling repairswith a 24 hour window is a plus, especially for AC repairs.

The repair man was incredibly friendly and on time. He fixed the problem in less than an hour and I have heat flowing through my house once again. The receptionist was very helpful also. I'm surprised that the business only has about 2 stars. I've unfortunately had the opportunity to deal with a lot of HVAC companies, and this one was by far the best! I hope to never have to use them again, but I will definitely recommend them.

After paying $7K to another company the year prior to have our HVAC system replaced, neither the heat or AC ever worked right leaving us with an 82 degree office and a $600 electric bill in May. We called Air Tech and I believe a guy named David showed up and quickly determined that a certain valve was faulty. They ordered the new part and came back a few days later to put it in. The entire system is now working flawless. Thanks again!

My heating/cooling unit went off warranty several years ago so I called Air Tech to have someone look it over, make sure all is working as it should. DJ responded, checked it out, found a part that needed replacing and promptly did so. He then checked the duct system, took photos of the damage he found to the insulation, then discussed all with me.

He explained results of the new part added, needs and cost of the new ducting. I ok'd the work needed and was told when the 2-man crew would be at my home to start the work.

Tom and Jeremy were prompt, did the work with the parts they had, cleaned up, and came the next morning with more parts needed. All-in-all, they spent about 6 or 7 hours on the work, cleaned up, and were done.

All 3 of these gentlemen were professional, offering suggestions, and did what was needed. I later called the office, spoke to Kelsey about the follow-up, and she explained the process to me. I rate this business 5 stars and appreciate their caring attitudes and professionalism.

My mother and father's air conditioner stopped working and I called a number of HVAC companies none of which were able to come out on the same day. I called Air Tech and Mella (sp?) answered my call with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. I asked if it was possible to have a tech come out. She looked and said there was a possibility. I explained how my father had just suffered 2 strokes and the AC is a need for them. Corey the tech who came out was great fixed the issue within a few minutes took payment and my parents were cool again. High praise to Air Tech and their great service and assistance.
