Aircon Service

I've been using So Cool for my aircon servicing for years. After I moved to a new place, I continued using them as they have always been prompt in responding, flexible and easy to make appointments, plus efficient and reasonable rates. The technicians are on time and professional. Recently one of my aircon unit has an issue of leaking and malfunction, so I contacted them and they promptly arranged for the technician to come and check for me, twice, as a follow up service. So far, am very satisfied with their service and will continue to use them as they are reliable and prompt, very important aspects of a service business.

I am very impressed by the professional operation of Socool Aircon Services, although it was just my first time experience using their service. They provide prompt and reliable service with no hidden cost. Technician Jimmy even said my hall unit was still clean and require no cleaning. So only my master bedroom unit required the cleaning, which he did professionally without leaving any mess around.

I would like to praise the air con serviceman. He was professional and tidy when he was servicing my a/c units. There was no debris that I had to clear after. He also educated me on the a/c parts that he serviced and recommended me solutions without hard selling. Overall it was a very honest and pleasant experience. The after service has been great.

All of my a/c units are in good condition and the temperature has been exceptionally cold even at 25 degree. Thank you again for the amazing job and I'm looking forward to the next service.

I have been using them for a few years already. It started with normal fan unit cleaning. The tech is knowledgeable. When I send in my feedback after their first visit, they were swift to respond and made it right. That's great after-sales service! Recently, one of the components spoilt and the tech, Raymond, laid out the options for me to decide.

From the troubleshooting to price outlay to final replacement, it was smooth and easy for layman to understand. I could even be at work while someone at home oversee the repair. A shout out to Wee, who arranged the tech to come down to my place. It was smooth and quick. I'm glad I found a good and honest Company for a long term partnership. Keep up the gd work SoCool!

I was served the same day I sought help from them. The crew who came ran check very quickly and gave advice on what service is needed. I see no intention of him trying to charge more by recommending more pricey service. Everything was done as per system need. Communication was professional and honest. I find the service reliable. My 2nd time engaging their service.

It is our first time to get our aircon maintenance and compressor refill from So Cool. Overall, it is a very good experience. Our family satisfied with the work. For the appointment wise, the people in charge (Aaron) responds very fast, professional and helpful. For the maintenance work, two young men came for the work. The work was done very professionally and neatly. We will continue to contact them for aircon maintenance next time.

I've used SoCool for the past couple years to do maintenance on the ac system on handing back as all taking over new leases. They have been excellent to work with. I would like to say that their technicians are well trained and knowledgeable. There was once one of my unit have some noisy sound and even though they are fully booked but Mr Wee still try his best to arrange for his technician to come and rectified the problem. First time engaging SoCool but am pleasantly surprised. The technician (Kenny) was quick and neat when performing the cleaning of my AC units. He's also very patience in answering my questions.
