Triton never fails to please us. Our service technicians are always prompt, accurate and efficient with their work. Frankie worked on our latest repair regarding our a/c unit and we couldn't be happier. He was a delight to work with. The office admins at Triton are always a pleasure to work with. They return your calls and schedule services promptly. I highly recommend Triton for your HVAC needs.

Triton Air, These three Scott, Kevin, Oscar are install Ninjas. I was working from home and expected noise. They installed for two days in the attic and barely a peep. Highly recommend them! My dog did not even bark. They cleaned up, were courteous and prompt. Amazing work. Thank you Triton Air great job.

My experience with Triton so far has been good. Not great. I think it would of been great if I asked for Armando the second time instead of Stu. Armando is very professional, kind, and courteous. He explained everything to me and had great recommendations that I am considering. He is quite knowledgeable in his field and definitely an asset to Triton. I will be asking for him for every maintenance visit. He is beyond 5 stars.

I called Triton Air after having had an amazing one time experience with them at a different rental property. Not only did the job get done efficiently and professionally, but you could tell that their employees were happy to work with them which is very important to me. This time I called regarding my home and an ongoing issue I've had with my AC for the past few years. Kevin came out to diagnose the problem.

Wise beyond his years, he located the issue immediately and had no problem explaining all the details to me as to why it was happening and what needed to be done (and that this would not be a permanent fix). He not only temporarily fixed the problem (which is what I asked of him), but he also made sure I reached out to the original installers to save money as the parts on any AC unit are under warranty for 10 years -and possibly the labor as well-.

He kindly even gave me a guideline of what to say. I honestly felt so comfortable and not taken advantage of (which is rare where I live), that I also signed up for their maintenance plan and am looking forward to the next time they service the unit. Request Kevin or Armando as they are both knowledgeable, down to earth, honest, professional, very cool people. I wish more businesses were run like Triton Air.

The Triton representative, Armando, was great. He was on time, professional, personable and and was very knowledgeable of the system and repairs required. He was early to our appointment, and was quick when he needed to go back to the shop to get a part. Thank you Armando! In the office, Marty was also great getting us worked into the schedule on a very busy 95 degree day!

Armando R. Was outstanding. He was immaculately clean, very professional, very courteous, and knowledgeable. He was not in a hurry at all and focused on getting the job done in a five star manner. When done he asked if I had any questions. He then asked if he could help me with anything. He put in a flood light for me in my kitchen and fixed a cabinet drawer that was broken for several years. WOW. Such service I have never seen.before. Thank you Triton Air for sending Armando. He is an excellent employee.a real keeper.

Armando did an excellent job at my condo today. He is very through and good about the inspection. He asked questions about the unit, such as the air flow, the ducts, the installation of the unit, etc. which most technicians do not inquire about. I can see he enjoys providing top quality service and customer satisfaction to the client. Next time be sure Armando is the guy you send out. Thank you very much.

Repair person Armando was on time very knowledgeable and informative. He discussed many options with my heater problem. He clearly loves his job and the company he works for. He helped answer my questions and made the decision to replace my heater one that I made with confidence. Very pleasant young man to deal with. I will be happy to recommend Triton Air.

Armando Reyes is an extraordinary human and service man. He was very friendly, likeable and Intelligent. He assessed our heater issues and was very Clear with his explanation of what needed to be done. My husband and I look forward to seeing for Our next appointment. Very pleasant experience!
