They were very fast to come out and check out our heater to find out the fan was not working. They scanned the product and found out it was still under warranty instead of making us go through paperwork to find the warranty. They were quick to come back and fix it the next day. Now we have a working heater again for these cold nights and didn't have to wait forever for someone to come repair it. I'll be recommending them to everyone.

All American A/C was great. Their price was considerably lower than two other local companies, for a new unit and installation. The technicians showed up on time and went above and beyond. They were super courteous and kept me informed every step of the way. The owner was great and kept the line of communication open. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They did a great job offering service but I cancelled over a month ago and I can't get anyone to even return my call about refunding the unused portion of my annual contract. I was assured it would be no problem when I renewed it for 2021. The condo was up for sale so it was very likely I would not need a full year of service

I called the number they have listed and got in touch with an actual person. Griffin was the technician who showed up within 2 hours of my phone call. He was professional and knowledgeable. My system was back up an hour after he got here and I was shocked at the bill when I got it. They charged as much for the whole job as some places charge just to come to your house. I highly recommend using this company.

Good work. Reasonable rates. Good customer service. They are our go to AC company. We have had them out to work on our system a few times and were pleased with each repair. The repair people do a good job diagnosing and repairing.

We installed a new air conditioning unit 5 years ago and went on the maintenance program with them. In less than a year they informed us we had a leak of refrigerant do to a poor connection. Of course we were expected to pay. Since the pandemic we have only been able to use our condo once for a few days in May. Air conditioner did not work and they sent out a technician.

We needed a new set of coils. They let us know it would be 10 days till we could get parts. Was actually 3 weeks before they returned. We were finally able to visit the condo on August 30. Air conditioning did not work when we got here. We have waited all day, now 4:30 for a technician. The maintenance contract seems to be worthless. If we ever get the unit fixed which we have already paid for will go elsewhere in the future

So, I call on a Saturday and they are understandably very busy but was told they might come by and if not will be by on Sunday. Waited Sunday and no one called so I called them and found the appointment had been canceled. Ok, mistakes happen. The technician finally arrives and seems very competent and determines the problem HOWEVER, they do not have the parts for a Trane.

This was surprising because as I was scheduling the appointment I specifically told the C/S person (who was very nice) that we had a Trane. The cherry on this mud pie was a $125 service charge that I was not told about. The whole experience - unprofessional.

This is probably one of the most ethical companies that I know of. First, I should say that they have put in 5 units for us (rental units) and all were quality work for a fair price. However, that's not why they get a five star.their follow up service and honesty is a one of a kind. Same day service on one of their units, fixed the issue, under warranty and got out way below expectation. Mo has always done us right and his workers are nothing shy of professional. Very impressed.

This company is awesome. We have used them for years and can always count on them when in need. The owner gets personally involved to insure the best service and correct options are offered. Their pricing is fair and quality of workmanship and products cant be beat. I would recommend them to everyone.

Great service, speedy service and reasonable pricing. I definitely recommend All American AC. I was referred to them while in Beverly Hills, CA. And as a realtor, I always like to have my go to contractors in cities that I have clients and All American is absolutely my recommendation for the St Augustine area. I have been remiss in submitting this review but wanted to make sure I shared my experience. I am super thrilled with Steve Chapman's All American Air Conditioning! In May we had had our annual service performed. Then one Friday in June, my husband noticed the temperature going up in the house. I told him to dig up the paperwork for whoever serviced the unit in May and call them fast because it was a Friday afternoon at 2:30.

When I arrived home from work around 4:30 the technician was there at the house! I was surprised to see him there already. I asked my husband how long between the phone call and his arrival and he said 45 minutes! Wow! All because we made the smart move of having an annual service done. We just had a sensor that went bad so the cost was not bad. The technician, super nice guy, told us that the price would have been the same had it been a weekday or weekend. That is so awesome! Next time you need your A/C serviced, call these folks! In fact, call them anyway and schedule your annual maintenance.

It has been a challenge working with them. The work was finally done correctly but it took months. It took many, many phone calls. It took a friend of a friend calling the owner. Their receptionist is rude. When our tenant called they treated her horribly. But we are grateful they finally stood by their contract.

Fantastic service! Came home last night to no A/C. Called Steve Chapman's All American Air Conditioning & Heating at 7:25 this morning for help. A polite and helpful man answered and took my info. and said that the service department would call ASAP. Sandy called me at 8:15 and said that someone would be at my house by 10:00 and would call first. Ricky called at 9:25, was at my house at 9:30 and had my A/C up and running by 10:20!

I had two fuses in my system that had shorted out. He replaced the wires, made sure everything was working properly and explained the repair and my bill very professionally. He was polite, respectful (removed his shoes as he went in and out of the house, etc) and very efficient! Very fair price and top notch service. Highly recommend!
