I had a new a/c unit installed by All Year a few months back and was a extremely happy with the salesman, the price and the installer! I had a service call today on an older unit and was not thrilled with the young tech that came out. The owner of the company got wind of this and immediately called me to find out how to make me a happy customer again. Needless to say, once again I am a fan of All Year Cooling! I would like to thank you for the fine service your company extended to us recently with our air conditioner. If you recall, you had to send several of your servicemen out because my problem went beyond a new unit. Along with repairing/replacing in my home to fixing problems without charging me, they were courteous and willing to explain their procedures to me in detail.
Our first true electric bill, as you promised, was significantly less than could have been with the old air conditioning unit.

Yesterday one of your tech's, David, came to finish up the unfinished business of installing our new cooling system. Just to let you know what a good employee you have there, he not only completed what we came to do, but made sure that all was working correctly.
Our newly installed air conditioner was not working well as the safety switch kept shutting it down. He corrected the backup cause (even going out in heay rain yesterday to make sure the drain was working as it should) it was not and he corrected it.
Although we got off to a rocky start trying to get the air handler working your company came through with flying colors to make sure all was ok.

Our AC was damaged by hurricane Irma and was slowly leaking. After spending time doing research on our options to repair or replace, we realized that we had no choice but to go with the latter of the two. We received 4 quotes total and All Year Cooling quoted $1,200 less than our lowest quote from the other 3 companies. We would have been skeptical at first because the amount was so much lower but All Year Cooling was referred by someone that we know and trust, which we combined with how long they have been in business and the great customers reviews, so we went with them and so happy that we did. Great customer service and a very streamlined process. No longer have to fight with our old AC to keep the house below 77°. Finally have cool air in our house with a brand new unit that isn’t hurting the environment.

While visiting my Dad this summer, his ac started to freeze up whenever he dropped the temperature on the thermostat. We couldn't figure out what was going on, and since Dad is a little older, I felt it was too dangerous not to repair. I called All Year Cooling, and they not only repaired the unit, but they explained what he can do himself to maintain the unit until we can get it replaced. Very decent company.
