Anclote Air Conditioning & Heating

I've been trying to find a good, local A/C company, and think I've finally found it! Our A/C stopped working (very well) yesterday; was blowing cool air, but not cold, and it wasn't keeping up. Had a different company out; he was basically just a salesperson, and tried to talk me into replacing the A/C, and did nothing to help. Had Justin from Anclote come out this afternoon (was 89 degrees in the house!).

They got Justin out quickly, and he was a thorough, intelligent, informative person. He quickly found that the capacitor in the compressor was bad, replaced it, and found that the Freon was a bit low. He added Freon and took the time to discuss a plan going forward. He said our A/C appeared to be in good shape; didn't just try to sell me on an expensive job! Like I said, been looking for someone local and trustworthy; feel great about this company.

Justin was very professional and knowledgeable, and so laid back but got the job done in no time. We will definitely use Anclote Air. The best you could ask for.

I called Anclote Air & Heating after another local company told me my A/C was dead and needed to be replaced. I trusted the other company, but was shocked that the best deal they could offer me was just under $10K for a unit capable of cooling a 1700 sq ft home. I called Guy to get a second opinion, and boy am I glad I did! He admitted that my unit was nearing its end, but was able to give me a shot of Freon that still has my home staying cool 2 months later! Once it eventually dies, Anclote will be handling the installation of my new unit (at a quoted price that was less than half of the other place). Customer for life!

My neighbor referred me and Guy did an amazing job. Fixed the mistake the last company left. He was fast friendly and was very reasonably priced. Can't say how happy we are. Will definitely refer him and use him again. Thanks again

Needed install completed on a mini split. They scheduled me in for the following day, arriving on time. The installer soldered the pipe in, doing nice clean work. Upon trial of the unit they were extremely helpful. Would absolutely reccomend for any hvac related job

I had called multiple companies for quotes they were responsive and out here in the same day to give me a quote best price best service not to mention they put AC units in my parents house and my brothers very satisfied with the quality of work at this company offers I would highly recommend this company! A friend who had been an Anclote Air customer for years referred me when I was told I needed a new AC system. Guy came out and confirmed I needed a new system and gave me an estimate that was hundreds under what I had been quoted by others, in one case $1200 less for the same size name brand unit. He went one step further and added Freon to my old system that had a slow leak and that kept us cool until two days later when he installed the new unit. Great service and great price.
