Installed my a/c incorrectly leaving giant holes to my attic and it took 4 house calls and a dozen phone calls for them to find the problem and get it fixed properly. My geriatric cat almost died of heat stroke when I was without a/c during a heat wave (110 heat index) and I missed several days of work (lost wages!) And 24/7 service is not necessarily true, nor will they call you back in a timely manner.

If I hadn't kept pushing I would still not have a/c right now. I took out a loan to pay for a new furnace and a/c and I regret choosing Andy's. If it had been installed properly to begin with or caught one of the first 2 times i had technicians out, maybe this could have been avoided. The only reason I give 3 stars is because I want to be understanding, I know human error is a thing, and I will say the technicians and receptionists are polite and professional. But geez its kinda hard not to be a but upset about the whole experience.

I requested an estimate and a representative came the next day. He was helpful and professional and answered all of our questions. We decided to get our furnace and air-conditioner replaced on June 11th. The workers were very professional and good humored. Everything went surprisingly smoothly. Everything is fine but of course it's only been 2 days but I would have this company do work for me again. Dennis F.

Andy's Statewide did a fantastic job. Ryan was the individual that installed both my AC and furnace in only one day! He was professional, polite and answered all of my questions throughout the day. Then, when the job was done he cleaned up after himself and still took the time to walk through the what he had installed and showed me what I would need to do for maintenance on the new furnace. He was great and I would recommend Andy's Statewide to anyone who needed a service like this!

Dan and Dillion were enthusiastic installers. They had to replace the furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank. They explained the process, challenges ( the humidifier was stuck in a position that one could not access so they would have to find another area to put the new one). The space for installation was a small area. They set me at ease and actually love what they do.

They take great pride in their work. It ended up being a more difficult job to complete on a Saturday. Once complete, they went cover the features, had cleaned up and still were very positive. I feel very fortunate to have had them as my installers.

The first men out to give an estimate were were real professionals.headed I believe by Mark. He was so knowledgeable and helpful to me in every way possible The installation team was polite and had a great attitude. The installations where done perfectly. The result is I have never had a better system in my home. Very grateful to Andy Wilkins for making this happen.a special help at this time.

Have used Andy's for both a new furnace and now A/C. My installer John was on time, professional, and did a high quality job. Explained what my new system could do and helped me adjust my thermostat to get the most out of my new A/C unit. Andy's was able to schedule quickly and had the unit ready to install unlike other estimates I received that couldn't be installed until 6-8 weeks later. Vicki offered the best price and showed appreciation for my years of using Andy's by doing everything she could to earn my business. A+

I haven't even yet booked a project with Andy's Statewide but I wanted to commend the estimate process thru Home Depot and my experience with DJ, one of their salespeople. DJ was the nicest man, was great with our dogs and insisted we let them inside rather than keep them outside. He provided meaningful information about the proposed air conditioning system and was very very professional.

Quote is written up on the spot and thorough and I felt the price is very competitive with today's market for materials being at an all time high. I will edit my review if I do book a project with Andy's to include details of the installation and how well the system works.

Working with the team at Andy's Statewide was a fantastic experience. Calling to schedule the appointment was no fuss. Tim who performed the inspection was knowledgeable and made sure I understood in detail what the install would entail and answered any questions or concerns that I had. Hunter installed the AC and did a really great job. He was very friendly, courteous and again very knowledgeable.

I can't recommend the team at Andy's Statewide enough, they made the appointment easy and painless, price was fair, and team was competent on all front. It was honestly a great experience and I look forward to working with them again.

Horrible experience! Do not recommend this company to anyone! Got a new furnace and a motor failed withing 3 weeks. They didn't have a replacement motor and could not fix the issue when a technician came in.

We were scheduled a time frame on 3/26/22 and confirmed with 3 different people that it was happening. No one ever show up or called to explain what happened. We called again today, 3/27/22, to find out what is going on and we were told they don't service our area. This is ridiculous. Why wasn't I told this from the beginning?!? So unprofessional.

Absolutely horrible experience and I do not recommend. Whomever answers the phones on the weekends needs training also. They come across as completely clueless. Complete waste of time and I still don't have hot water. Thanks for nothing Andy's Statewide. You guys are horrible!

Will and Nate were great! Professional and they didn't just install the AC. They showed me what they did and how to take good care of it. They made sure I got the right size and coil for my house, which ended up costing less than I thought it would be. They had it installed the day after I contacted the company to set the appointment. I just had a furnace replacement performed by Andy's. Their technician, Dan, was outstanding. He clearly laid out his plan for our replacement furnace install. He was professional, courteous, and informative. Could not expect more! I am not sure that this review could reflect the professionalism from the knock on the door until clean-up. A thousand thumbs up for Dan and Andy's Statewide!

Great experience. I needed a more efficient furnace. Got an estimate, and 3 days later had a new furnace installed in half a day. They are big, can get needed things from their network, and are very efficient. Not too long after, my water heater went. That was just as well done as my furnace. Sometimes, big is better.

Andy' Statewide will take advantage of you. They charged me $198 labor to install a simple capacitor and the capacitor part (material) was under Trane warranty.and on top they charged me $89 for the service call. Replacing a capacitor is a 15 min job so effectively they charged me at a rate of $800/hr. They will never get my business again. When I told him I would get one myself and install it, he told me they cost $300 - $400. Later online I found the exact replacement Capacitor for $80

Avoid like the plague! I hired Andy's Statewide to come check my furnace, which had been installed by them in 2008 (only 9 years old). Upon inspection, the repairman stated that it might still be under warranty as many of their jobs are under warranty for 10 years. After checking, he tells me it was only under warranty for 5 years, and that the logic board that had failed would be $700 for the part and $150 for labor to replace.

He stated that I may just want to consider replacing the whole furnace for $4,500. I told him I could get the part for $100 if they would install and he said " we don't do that." Called several local suppliers and part stores and couldn't find anywhere that charged more than $150 for this part and they were charging more than 4 times as much in addition to labor! Also called a local supplier who told me that Andy's was notorious for overcharging customers and overselling.

Don't ever use these guys. I used them to install an AC at my house in lake orion. The sales person tells you they will handle every aspect of the permitting and install. For the price they charge you would expect white glove. The installers were great, but what they don't tell you is they are opening up the permit in your name and its up to you to schedule the final permit inspection.

You find that out via a letter in the mail. Anyways two years later I now owe lake orion $500 in mech and elect permit extension fees. Just found out when I looked up my parcel on the villages website. Thanks Andys!

Appointment for between 10-2, office gal called after 2 to tell me he was on his way. Called for our furnace continuously blowing but no warm air. Technician came and spoke with my husband about how our furnace had several cracks, how he could pull it apart but had none of the parts and not sure if he even could get the parts anymore. gave us a quote for a new furnace, and also if we wanted to do a new air conditioner. paid 80$ for him to give us a quote that he would take off the cost of the furnace install.

Otherwise 80$ for him to tell us our furnace needed to be replaced!?! Shopped around and have three other companies coming this week, free of charge. probably will go with one of those companies purely off of the fact that Andy's charged us for doing nothing besides have his technician walk up my basement white carpet in his work boots and leave some weird pink paint stains after.

Also told my husband that they don't sell the gas/pilot piece separately and they have to buy a whole bigger part. found the part online for 7$? My husband use to build houses with his father so he's not oblivious to how furnaces work and get installed. Not impressed. Technician told us our model was not a good unit, but then wanted to sell us a lesser version of what we have right now. Visit didn't sit well after reflection.

Was looking to purchase a new furnace and air conditioner. Decided to go through Home Depot and their services are contracted to Andy's Statewide. I called for a quote. The gentleman showed up, he quoted me on a 2 stage variable speed furnace and air conditioner for a small condo, he said pipes would need to be moved from where the current air conditioner is outside to the east side of the building and a new addition to my electrical box was needed, all this for a cost of over $8200. Taking the advice of others i had a second quote by another heating and cooling company who said the pipes didn't need to be moved, no addition to my electrical box was needed, he said a 2 stage variable speed furnace was for a bigger house and would be overkill.

His quote was $5500. Every few days i would get a call from Andy's Statewide, dropping their quote down $1000 from over $8200 to $6100 from the last call. If they can keep dropping the quote that low than why not offer me that price from the beginning? A third quote was done and just like the 2nd company i was told that what Andy's was offering is overkill. Buyer Beware!

We've had Andy's service our home for several years now. They have replaced our water heater, AC and Furnace and services our old ones the year prior. Very happy with their work and will continue to use them.

Andy's statewide came out 3x in 3 weeks to fix our AC. Granted it is in a tight spot in the attack and difficult to get too (have only owned the house for just over one year), but they told me to find someone else and that they would not be back. No refund because they did fix it each time. It's not my fault, and I was as frustrated as they were. I have two back up company's with the same Full disclosure I provided to Andy's. Hopefully it keeps running.

My daughter had the tech out to her home from Andy's Statewide for a furnace cleaning. The tech told her she had 3 cracks in her heat exchanger and wrote her a work order for a new furnace, AC, and humidifier. Gave her a $10,000 quote with a 30% discount. My daughter got a 2nd opinion. Turns out there is nothing wrong with her furnace. Stay far away from this business.

I had my furnace routine check up on December 9th and had a great technician Melad Aziza. The last technician I did not like and he was rude, was considering changing companies. Will be requesting Melad for future service.

I've been with Andy's Statewide for 15 years. They installed my furnace and air conditioner and did a fabulous job. Over the years they did the service and except for a couple of issues the relationship was good because we were dealing with people we could trust. Lately when someone comes out for the furnace their main incentive is to explain how the furnace should be replace.

This last visit for low heat cost $89 to have a guy tell me how part after part after part was bad or going bad soon. He showed me I had water in the exhaust blower motor but would not clean the drain lines, he only wanted to sell me a new furnace. When he left I got a second opinion. My second opinion is don't call Andy's Statewide.

Terrible place! Furnace was cutting out intermittently, Was told I needed a new heat exchanger on my furnace for $700 or that I should just replace the furnace because its old. Turns out the filter was clogged and causing the furnace to shut off. Replaced the filter and the furnace works perfectly. Total scammers!

We made an appointment at our local home depot (canton mi ave) after the gentleman caught us in the aisle for a tune up for our ac and furnace. We cancelled our other appt with another company. Big mistake! Today is the day of our appt. and they called at 12 to inform us they were cancelling our appt because of the heat wave and other people making appts!?

The women also said this isnt how we do business. well it is if it is happening! It wouldnt be such a big deal had we not cancelled our other appt. and re arranged our schedules to be home for it since we work in and out of town while getting our new to us home ready to move in. I suggest you take your buisness else where not dependable at all! ***update*** really a year and three months later they respond?! We have already replaced our furnace and ac with another company!

Home Depot Ofer at special promotion they make a appointment Monday 12 to 4 pm they come 5:30 pm and if was to late for me so I rescheduled my appointment and they never show at my house.is the worst service I've ever had. I don't recommend it for anything in the world

I had a whole new furnace installed and the one guy who did the installation was awesome (sorry I can't remember his name). The only down fall was no one told me about the Rebate you can receive from DTE of $200-$400. I ask about it six months later when someone asked me did I receive the Rebate and now I don't qualify for it because its a new year.

I called Andy's to asked why I wasn't told about this, and this is what they said "its only like $200". I was pissed off that he said that, like I don't need $200.

I had an annual contract with Andy's for years and became increasingly frustrated with their services. They tried to charge me twice for my annual contract, never had my replacement filters when they came, etc. I left for another service. Gave Andy's a second chance when Home Depot had a promo. the Home Depot sponsored visit went well and I signed up for the annual contract.

First visit under prepaid contract and the technician comes out - doesn't ring the doorbell or knock (I have a dog who would have barked had he actually run the bell) and then didn't have my filter. The kicker was when they called me the next day wanting and EXTRA $100 for a two pack of furnace filters I can buy on line for $59. Never again Andy's. You blew your second chance.
