Nathen lied to me and my tenant. He lied about my air conditioner saying it was done for and it was dangerous. Tried to scare me and my tenant. I called out another company and the only thing wrong was a tripped breaker. He lied about what the unit looked like and what was wrong with it. He didn't even look at it. They charged me 125. Even after he knew that I found out his lies. Very untrustworthy!

Had Apple Valley heating and air come out to do a service call at our house, when two other companies flaked out these guys were on it. Honest and knew exactly what the problem was took good care of us the house is nice and cool. Thanks guys you did a great job. Gilbert Estrada

They completely lied. They said my air conditioner was a totally done. And they scared my tenant saying there was wires hanging out. And it was dangerous. They said it was to old to get parts for. They said all the info on the unit was faded off. All was lies. I had another company come out and the only thing was wrong was a breaker was tripped. They charged me 125. To do nothing but lie to me and my tenant. Don't trust this company.

My air-conditioning started blowing out warm air. I contacted Apple Valley heating and air, they came out about four days later. He complained about my nest system, but also did not know how to work it. Went on top of the roof for about 15 minutes. Came back down and said "OK that I'll be $360." I didn't even know what the problem was and I did not authorize him to fix it once he found out what the problem was.

He claims he fixed our capacitor and also gave it a maintenance check. But then about a month later, Our AC started blowing out hot air again. Pretty much doing the exact same thing it was doing before. So I contacted him and let him know that it was doing the exact same thing. He was mine boggled and did not know what the problem was which makes me feel like he just change the capacitor originally and gave it a maintenance check but still didn't know what the original problem was. we had a neighbor come over and look at it, turns out there was a loose wire the whole time. Very disappointed, very unprofessional and would never hire this company again. I hope this never happens to anyone.

Called around for duct cleaning and this company was not only affordable but also prompt and professional. I will be using this company for all my heating and air needs from now on, I already put myself on their maintenance list! Thank you again you guys!

Look no further! Hire them now! My knowledge of heating and air ends at pretty much at adjusting the thermostat. When our heater unexpectedly went out Nate and Ed came to replace it. They kept me updated of the issues they found from others who had worked on the unit, provided step by step instructions of what they were doing and why. They answered all of my questions with confidence and easy understanding.

Even down to filters, and the vent covers! A process that could have been so stressful as a home owner especially with an old dinosaur of a unit and the mistakes that were made by previous installers, this process was easy informative and no stress at all for me. Every issue or challenge they encountered were met with solid solutions to fix them. They provided over the top customer service and professionalism to make sure the job was done correctly.

Even coming out a 3rd day to fix an issue they could have walked away from saying "that's not our problem, good luck with it". They didn't though! Nate came back the next day to fix that issue because he felt like the job wasn't done yet! I'm forever grateful for Nate and Ed. My heater and ac have never worked better. Seriously I didn't know they could actually work as well as they do now. I will always fully recommend Apple Valley Heating and Air to all of my friends, family or anyone who asks.

Best experience I've ever had from ANY service tech that's come to my home. I got a straight forward explanation about what was wrong with my heater without feeling that I was being pressured into a high dollar repair I couldn't afford or didn't need. This guy came out and FLAT OUT LIED TO MY FACE, this man told Me my Transformer was burnt out and showed me a fuse and said that the current of Electricity was so strong it Blew the fuse then passed it to Burn the Transformer foe an additional $150.00 could be fixed then I replied to him that I used to be roughing electric I said there is no way that a current is going to blow a fuse and pass it right up and then bring out my Transformer so I paid him $125 House Coffee send him on his way went to my job at Home Depot but three fuses in a pack for a less than $2 replace the one fuse in my heater and AC works beautiful

I called this individual to come out and service my air conditioning unit about (30) days ago, he supposedly he had fixed the issue. Only to have to call him back (2) days ago to report that my system is not working once again. This guy came out and determined that my system has a leak and that by the way your coil is rusting pretty bad. He told me that he could fix it but it would cost me an additional $1600.

I contacted my home warranty company and they agreed to send one of their own technician out to access the problem. This guy got angry because we decided to allow the home warranty company handle this situation. He really was agry because he couldn't cheat us for beware of this crook

My Air conditioner went out today. I called four different places they were all booked then I called Apple Valley Heating and Air Conditioning. They were here within the hour! Nate was great! He thoroughly explained the problem to me and was done in about an hour. I highly recommend this company!

I have a home that's 25 years old and had duct service done on my home. The service technician also informed me how I can increase my air flow by updating my registers. I asked for an estimate and the job was completed just as he said it would be. I now have better air flow throughout my house. Fair pricing and fast service. Thanks guys!

My heater & ac went out. The technicians came out and told me about the hero program which helped me get a new package unit on my roof without having to pay out of pocket right away. They gave me a great price as well. Really nice and got the job done fast. Thank you guys again for coming out! I will be using them for future services and I highly recommend them.

My heater wasn't working so I had a different company come out originally before I knew of these guys and they told me I needed to replace the unit, I wanted a second opinion so I called apple valley heating and air and I'm so glad that I did! They were professional, quick, and HONEST, turns out I didn't need to replace the unit just a part! I highly recommend them!

These guys are terrific. After I got over the sticker shock of replacing an aging A/C unit that cools the south side of my house, I came to the realization that I was being treated fairly and that my emergency was being handled is if it were their emergency as evidenced in their sense of urgency. I called them at 7am, they were out by 8:30am, it was determined that the unit was KAPUT, they had pricing to me by 9am and they started the installation the following day!

I am writing this review even as they are finishing up the install (day 2). Craig, the installer, is the one of the most polite young men I have ever met. He is customer service oriented and an asset to this company. AV H&AC has been to my house 3 times and all 3 times I felt I have been treated with concern and respect. I am looking forward to the completion of the job and cool air again! I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks guys!

Don't waste your time. Called & secretary answered at 9am & I was told she would talk to the tech & call me back. No one ever called. Left message at 2pm & still no call back by 5pm. Very poor way to do business, not even the courtesy of a call back. Now I'm still freezing & its too late to call another place until morning.

Go with these guys! Matt did such an awesome job. Quickly diagnosed my issue and had my home A/C temp go from 92 degrees out of the vents to 60 degrees in less than 30mins! My 2000sq ft home was back down to low 70s in no time. Thank you so much Matt!

Absolutely amazing! Excellent customer service and caring technicians. my neighbor had referred me to them and i was so glad she did. My air had gone out and being the mother of a toddler that had a bad fever my air conditioner going out was the last thing i needed, but they answered and within 20 min they were at my house and my air conditioner was fixed!
