We switched from another HAVC company to Assured Comfort. It is apparent why. They come service our unit twice a year. Do a A+ job and don't miss a thing. Thanks

There prices are way too high. Who can afford $450.00 an hour for a service that takes 20 minutes. It's ridiculous

We noticed our A/C unit was running and running and the cooling was not keeping up with the outside rise in temperature. We had our unit serviced about 3 months earlier. I had mentioned that the condenser grill looked like it had a build up of black substance on about half of the intake grill, We opted to wait for awhile. We observed that the amount of coating on the grill had increased to about 75% of the surface of the grill.

We called Assured and technician John arrived and removed the condenser unit. He cleaned all of the substance coating the grill and reassembled and cleaned up everything to our full satisfaction. It cost $300 and took about 2 1/2 hours to complete the task. Was it worth it? Definitely, the unit turned on and cooled our home like a new unit. We are sure the reduction in electrical consumption will result in recouping the cost of the repair in no time. Thanks again John and Assured Comfort Heating & Cooling. If I need help in the future I know who to call.
