I'm so impressed by Atlantic Heating & Air Conditioning! We realized our Air Conditioning wasn't working 2 days before a 90 degree heatwave was forecast to hit. I needed to figure out how to cool my finished basement and I got bids from a few folks and Atlantic had the simplest, best proposal and actually at the lowest price to boot. Sales person was experienced, the installation team was experienced, and overall a very professional operation each step of the way. They listened to what we needed, came up with an answer, and did everything they said they would do, including some smaller details. Made me understand why they have the reputation they do, I would recommend them to friends and family.

Atlantic installed a new high-efficiency boiler and hot water heater in our home. The work was done expertly. The people who did the job (led by Liam) were professional and fastidious. One never wants to have to install a new boiler and water heater. It is an expensive and disruptive part of owning a home. If, however, you have to do it, Atlantic is first rate.

Every step from the initial assessment to the proposal to the installation was done in a skillful and prideful manner. I actually asked Liam to sign his work when he was done! He did! I recommend Atlantic without any reservations whatsoever.

This past Fall we had a couple of projects in our home performed by Atlantic. One was to fix the supplemental radiant heating in our home that hasn't worked since we moved in several years ago. The other project was to replace our A/C units and air handlers that were badly in need of an upgrade. Both projects went very smoothly. I felt they did a great job of reviewing our current setup, explaining our options, and helping us decide what approach was best.

We've had a number of different contractors and services done on our home recently and I can say that Atlantic has by far been the most professional. Timely call backs, starting and finishing the work on schedule, a very focused, friendly and courteous crew for each job. And they were extremely clean and respectful of our home while they were doing the jobs.

Definitely above and beyond others that have been working with us recently. The radiant flooring worked fantastically this winter - I wish we had called to fix it so much sooner! We installed the A/C in late fall so haven't had a chance to use it yet but we are looking forward to this summer knowing we have a more reliable and efficient system in place. No hesitation to recommend Atlantic to anyone else.

Atlantic Heating was very responsive to our questions. Communication was very easy with many updates throughout the process. During install, Liam and his crew were great. They arrived early and on time as planned. When an unexpected problem with our gas line from the street occurred, Liam stayed late into into evening to coordinate with the gas company, ensuring we would have heat for the night. So far, we are very happy with our new high efficiency system!

Liam and Jon did a fantastic job replacing an old boiler and water heater. They arrived on time and were very professional with their removal and install. Highly recommend to anyone! We had a split duct system installed for heat and cooling. Quality and thorough work by all team members! I interacted many team members and all very nice human beings- Chris, Andy, Dave, Jon, Akiko and others but I forgot their names. I only had positive experiences and good things to say from the consult, installation to billing.

They take time to really assess, evaluate and decide what works best for a home. We had several unexpected challenges and they were very thoughtful in figuring things out and consulting us. They were tidy inside and outside the house and work masks and shoe covers. We had to deal with Mass Save for a rebate which is not simple but Akiko helped us with all the various steps with patience. Pricing was very good when comparing with other companies. Worth the wait as they are busy. They answer questions quickly and are responsive. We love our new quiet, greener and energy saving system.

This is one of those rare reviews where we did not use the company but were extremely impressed with how they treated us. Bill Prevett came to our home to evaluate it for central air conditioning. He was extremely professional, thoughtful and creative in his approach to coming up with a plan for air conditioning for our 80 year old home. He was also very responsive.

He came back a second time after the original estimate to answer some of our additional questions. Atlantic was our second choice simply because their estimate was higher than another company. But I would definitely recommend contacting them for an estimate on Central air conditioning.

"Basement Dehumidifier Service" At about 1:30 PM today, I emailed the Service Manager Alex. " I left you a VM as well. The dehumidifier your company installed 9/11/2020 is leaking 'badly'. Please call me to let me know how best we can take care of this issue. Thanks for your help." Alex called minutes later; offered to have his guys (who happen to be in the area) to stop by in 1/2 hour. An hour later I emailed Alex again. "Your guys came by and took care of the 'clog' causing the water leak.

I truly appreciate your prompt assistance." I have experienced great service with some good companies before. But Alex and 'Atlantic Heating & Air Conditioning' clearly are at the top of the heap! This is how an efficient and responsive Service Manager makes a company Great. Everyone is good at Sales time; but Service is a whole different ball game. Thank you, Alex and Atlantic.

From the moment Eddie K. answered my initial call, to his initial visit to scope our our complicated and old heating and cooling systems, to customizing the right service package given our needs and priorities, to sending out the specific service folks best for our issues (thanks Kenny and Romain!), to making sure that our off-hour service calls were attended to immediately and effectively (thanks Zach and Jerol!)... we've had a great experience so far with the whole Atlantic crew.

Besides making our heat work much better (we couldn't get our home above 60 degrees before), everyone has arrived during the expected window of time, been courteous and prepared with shoe coverings, etc. It's the big and little things-- thank you!

I was in a bind yesterday. It was Saturday evening and the heat went out in my rental apartment. I called over 30 HVAC repair companies and the only company that was able to help was Atlantic Heating & Air Conditioning. They came out and were able to fix the unit! I appreciate their professional and prompt service and highly recommend them!

This is my second positive experience with Atlantic. We had them completely replace our crappy baseboard installation with forced-air heating and cooling. Unlike other contractors we called, they were willing to work with us to design a system that would fit into our house unobtrusively without taking away too much floor space. They're big enough to get the job done, but small enough to work with you on what you need.

We just had them add a humidifier to the system, since it gets a bit dry in the winter, and they did a good job with that. They do tend to get busy in the summer, so I agree with other reviewers that they could maybe add an extra office person to make sure that loose ends get tied up, and that customers get a call back, even if it takes some time to schedule the actual installation. But the installation always goes smoothly; Al is a great foreman.

They may need to work on the customer service aspect as far as the outbound calling goes but the in person service I received from Ken was outstanding. I called towards the end of the week Christmas week and they explained that they were only taking emergency calls that week. They said they would call first thing the following week. I did not receive a call back and had to call them.

That's better than a no show in my book just poor business on their end. Once I called and got an appointment, I was given a window of 8-12. I figured Id see someone by 1:30 if lucky but my door rang at 8:30. Ken was very clear explaining our issue and walked me through how to avoid it in the future. I was at work by 9:30. From reading the other posts and having one minor inconvenience on my end, it looks like they may need to sure up some things on the inside but the in person service I received was excellent. Your mileage may very!
