It was time for the preventative maintenance for our HVAC system. Due to scheduling we asked for an early appointment and if possible that the technician be on time. Kyle arrived on time and had the best attitude and was very pleasant. He asked questions to determine if we had any issues or specific concerns. He explained what he would be doing for the inside and outside units.

I don't normally do this but this company fixed a problem with my heat pump. I contacted them and got same day service thanks to a cancellation. Kyle was very professional and quick. Within an hour my heater was working again. 10/10 will be doing business with them again. Notably, I've been getting the go around with another company unable to solve my problem.

They even said the issue was that a heat kit was not installed. Savage replaced the blower motor which we had burned out and now I'm nice and toasty in the cold weather. You won't waste your time or money by going with them.

Doc Savage technician Don W. exhibits true professionalism by maintaining a calm, businesslike demeanor, and by repairing our heating unit. He was courteous before he entered our resident, he put on shoe covering over his shoes and advised us he was vaccinated after putting on his face mask. He took the time to explain the available options, made recommendations, state the total costs, and promise a date when the work can be completed. I had an HVAC service person for over 25 years-that was like family-and he always said Doc Savage was the best business to use for installs since he just did repairs. I was sad to see him retire, however, we had our first unit installed about 2 years ago and another this year. The Trane's that they installed, were by a great team and the units run beautifully.

Every time Kassey comes out he is very professional, courteous, and helpful. He always goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Doc savage quoted upwards of 3k to fix a system less than three years old. Second time I've gotten an outrageous repair quote from them. The second tech from doc savage told me the fist guy didn't do the proper semi annual maintenance. I have promise that they will refund the service call fees. No one can replace the trust I had in HVAC companies. Doc savage is the worst offender of laying blame. When confronted with the truth they cry like a baby and run away.

I've been using Doc Savage for around 10 years with no complaints. The technicians over the years have been professional and competent at their jobs. Today's service was no different. Kyle was great. This was my first time meeting him, but I'm glad he is with the company now as he was very informative, friendly and timely in regards to the service.

Worked with Joey to get unit ordered, he was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Unit was installed by Henry, Chris and Caleb. All 3 were friendly, Henry kept me informed as to what was going on. All 3 would notify me if anyone needed to come into house for anything and what it was for. I was extremely satisfied with the presentation, installment & clean-up afterwards. Highly recommended!

I have been using Doc Savage since 2005 it is a GREAT company - they are always on time - don't make you wait if you have an emergency call, they try very hard to get you in right away. Today, 11/10 Don & Austin came out (1) because I messed up the thermostat and (2) it was time for a service call - they were on time - very professional and very nice. Joe was very nice when he came out along with all office staff. They were all very attentive and responsive to scheduling an estimate and calling back to answer questions. Unfortunately their estimate was higher than average and went with another company, but in a pinch would call them back in the future.

Doc Savage technicians are very professional. The customer service is superb. I called and they gave me an appointment within 2 weeks. The AC technician was punctual. He checked the functionality of my furnace, inspected my air filters and was very diligent when cleaning both of my heat pumps. Reginald was very dedicated, he explained every step of the process while inspecting and cleaning the heat pumps.

Without a doubt service provided by another, one of the many professional Technicians provided by Doc. Salvage. Thank you Kasey for another job performance, outstanding in nature. For 20 years I have had the good fortune to be teamed with this company that has kept my heating and air requirements fully functional for two different residents while providing and scheduling preventive maintenance service in a timely manner.

I have enjoyed the knowledge and suggested comments for proper care provided by each Doc Salvage servicing Technician. They care. I also wish to thank the office staff for their timely and professional manner for any telephone response over the years.

Rudy is an excellent mechanic! Discussed pricing at the outset. No surprises. He was polite, courteous, and thorough diagnosing the HVAC system. Checked the Tstat, breaker, filter, pressures, capacitor. Highly recommend him for AC service. Excellent response time from DocSavage as well!

Quick polite service; high cost. I approved charges due to it being an emergency. I called to complain about it being 3 times the amount it shoud be. They took a little off, but it was still more than twice what it should have cost according to other local companies.

Easy to work with and they did excellent work. They made sure to answer all my questions and anticipate my questions, so I could make an informed decision on my install. Unforeseen complication with install came up a few weeks after installation. I called and they came same day to fix the issue. Technician told me what was going on and how they planned to fix it. The unit itself was fine, just the gradient for condensation flow out of the attic wasn't steep enough and had to be adjusted.

Had Savage to install new HVAC with one year warranty. Less than a few months, unit got caught smoke. Called for service and received a bill - let me remind, ONE YEAR warranty. Called and emailed Savage for explanation several times - no answer. Now unit has no heat, still under warranty. They refuse to fix the problem because of a bill outstanding! How is that supposed to be called? Low quality work and no integrity these people have, that's all i have to say

They came to troubleshoot why my unit was frozen over. It cost $95 for him to show up and $150 for him to blow a heat gun over the coils for 15 minutes. He said it would be another $150 to replace a functional but out of tolerance capacitor ( held in by 2 screws and cost $18 from grainger). Kept trying to up sell their "annual" maintenance plan b/c it would discount any part & labor. Ends up my TXV was bad but he wanted to replace the entire coil (another $600 quote).

All total, they charged me $250. My new guy charged me $200 for his visit, new TXV, and installation. I don't doubt that it would have worked when they were done but do your due diligence and don't call the first guy in the book like I did here.

Very happy with our experience working with Doc Savage. Our AC broke down in the middle of the summer and they replaced it quickly, explaining exactly what was wrong and what they were doing to fix it. They continue to check in and make sure it's still working well for us.
