I would like to commend your associate, Dennis, who was the "true professional" in discussing my options relative to the problem. If any of my friends in the Housotn area are in need of any help with their air conditioning and/or furnace problems, I will gladly recommend your company!
For several years I paid monthly to a Home Insurance Co. when I needed air conditioning repairs I would be sent a no name, no experience company and some big estimate above regular coverage, and shoddy repairs. Finally in August my air went out and I went to stay at one of my son's hous, waiting for the insurance co to decide for three days what they would do. My son suggested I use a company not connected to the insurance co. He called BAS Air Conditioning and it was a great experience. The owner, Nick, personally came out and repaired my unit in about 20 minutes. The charge was very reasonable unlike the $1500.00 the insurance co quoted. I needed a $250.00 part only. On the next occassion I needed an evaporator coil and pan replaced. Big job and I was amazed at how affordable it was to repair. Nick has a compassion for single women and seniors on fixed income. He even gave me a time to pay out the charge.
P.S. I cancelled the insurance co the next day after 12 years!
