B&E was the original installer of our HVAC sytem ~ 15 years ago. Our system has been OK over the years. It has needed some repairs and B&E had been attentive in providing the repairs. When our system broke down this past Labor Day, they charged us for a part to fix our A/C that was "under warranty". Because it was under warranty they said they could get it for us for a discounted price of $1,600.

Once they got the part, they still couldn't fix our system. They said they needed another part. That part came in. It was the "wrong part". They then received the correct replacement part about a month later. However, they then stopped returning calls and texts. Punch line is we went 4 months without upstairs A/C and heat, they charged us a "discounted" $1,600 for a part that didn't fix the problem, and they kept the part.

They never completed the service. We then hired another HVAC co to fix the issue. They fixed the issue within 48 hours for $300. B&E acted unprofessionally. We just wanted our system fixed, but B&E stole our money. We are pursuing appropriate avenues for recourse, but no one should do business with B&E.

Great service work! They arrived before time, James was extremely professional, curtious, honest and a pleasure to work with. They discovered a problem that they could have easily charged me for, but was able to repair with tech support. It's nice having someone you can trust looking out for you!

Thank you B&E Air for providing our semi- annual HVAC check up. The service went great and felt good about your techs having gloves, mask's and booties while this virus is going around. Most of the work was done outside and in attic. They did a great job. Only small family business I will call when I have A/C problems and they have been coming out since 2001! Thank you B&E Air

We've used B&E for 20 years and have always been very happy with their service. Everyone that comes out is polite and helpful and they never try to talk you into unnecessary, expensive repairs. I highly recommend them!

BE has been servicing our HVAC systems for close to 20 tears. The original unit lasted about 18 years and was recently replaced by BE and works great. The service techs have always been punctual, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

My A/C went out on the 4th of July and I called. BE Air came out and fixed it on a holiday. It was so hot, and my unit took a while to cool my house down due to the heat. It had ants in my outdoor unit that stopped it from running. Thank you again for the fast service & not charging an after hours fee and being fair for the small part that was put on. I would give B&E Air more stars if I could.

Our small downstairs air conditioner needed to be replaced. These guys came right out and gave us a great estimate. They were able to come out and install it right away. Did a great job. Talked us through everything (a couple of times) and were very professional.

My air conditioning would not cool. I called B&E Air and Heat because most of our street in Matthews, Polo Club use this company. When I initially called the office I spoke with a lady named Lisa, she was very helpful asking if I have changed my filters as this could restrict cool air and I had. She asked me what the thermostat was set on and what it was reading and since it was not keeping up she told me to turn the system off or fan only until the technician would arrive.

She stated "we will work you into the schedule today between 12-3 p.m." With a call prior to going out. The technician "Evan" called to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived his appearance was very clean and a very knowledgeable, respectful young man. He went up into my attic and found a stopped up drain line to the A/C unit of which prevented the cool air to work.

He explained everything to me, where I could totally understand. (I am one that just wants to turn the A/C on and have it work). Evan explained that my A/C & heating system should be on a Preventive Maintenance Program where it is serviced and cleaned every spring and fall. I signed up for this, and he went ahead since he had time and performed the spring service while he was there. Evan actually waived the initial service call fee of $89.00 and just charged for the Preventive Maintenance Contract of $189.00 for the 2 full services. He stated we will be back in the fall to service the heat. I will recommend B&E Air and Heat to all my family and friends. Very fair, honest and reliable! GREAT EXPERIENCE!

We have used B&E since moving to Charlotte some 20+ years ago, and wouldn't consider using anyone else! Their office staff is courteous and responsive, their technichians knowledgeable and so very nice, and the management team is simply the best. In addition, the new HVAC system they installed for us several years ago has been incredibly efficient and such a pleasure.

In short, B&E has just been a comfortable, easy company with which to do business and we enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking for a good Heating/Air Conditioning company in the Charlotte area.

I have been a customer of B&E for many years. They are a wonderful, family-owned business with people who know what they are doing and know how to trouble-shoot problems as well as fix them. I trust them. They not only repair broken units, but when you have a Peak Service Performance Agreement, they maintain and service your heating/ac to make sure it continues to function properly. They are the best and I highly recommend them.

Yesterday i had a free estimate scheduled with B E air for a new a/c unit. The estimator called me and said I'm a 1/2 hour away. He never showed and never called. Needless to say I will never attempt to do business with this company again.

My two old A/C units needed to be replaced. I called several companies and I am so glad I selected B&E Air/Heat to do a complete system replacement. The price was very fair but more important I was not pressured into buying what my home did not need!! The installation went very smoothly, the techs were very conscientious and professional. I highly recommend you give B&E a call for all your air/heat needs!!

Called the companies that you hear on radio the service call was low and I see why now
they wanted to charge me $500.00 for freon. I called B&E Air they came out and i was only low 2 lbs of freon. Out the door for $270.00 haft of the other guys.
