I set up to have a quote for installation of air conditioning system.5 months ago. When I called, I was sent to a loop of voicemails. When I selected the appropriate voice mail, it said NOT to leave a message, but to call another extension, and hangs up. When I called back, there was a semi-rude lady on the phone, who told me they would call back. NO WAY. I WILL FREEZE OR BURN UP BEFORE CALLING THESE LAZY SLOBS (guy left a mess when he initially looked at the work).

Nice service man but knew nothing about my furnace. I even gave him the new parts. Next non Bailey man came out took one look at it and diagnosed and repaired the problem in 10 minutes -$150 Total, runs perfectly. All Bailey wanted was to sell us a new furnace for $1500.

My house has 2 heaters and are a pain in the butt! These guys come like 2-3 times a year! Not my home I rent, but they are always so helpful & fast on getting here! I highly recommend! These guys are amazing!

Excellent company that actually cares about helping you. Mike at Bayley has integrity and deals honestly with clients. When our Boiler stopped working he came over after 5 and did what he could to restore heat. He didn't want to sell me a new one until it became obvious that the old one couldn't be fixed. Mike lent me space heaters from his shop to help keep us warm while waiting for a new boiler to arrive. They are always kind and professional with excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
