Packless Industries was originally incorporated in 1933 as Packless Metal Products, and is one of the pioneers in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry. As the air conditioning refrigeration industry developed, so did Packless as a leader in developing the technology for water cooled condensers, heat pumps, chillers, heat reclaimers and heat exchangers.Packless products are used throughout the world.

I was given an opportunity to work threw job link. I was laid off after a week of employment while the other employee spent his whole day in the restroom. This is not a fair place to work they don't care there's no good leadership. I worked as hard as I could and was taught very little I was not given an equal opportunity or the guy who took naps in the restroom would have gone home and I would have a job.

Very good place to work for. Co-workers are always willing to help you if you need it and they are very respectful and friendly too. The staff there is amazing too, they are willing to answer any question you may have about anything as well as the Leads are too. I would definitely work there again if I ever moved back to Waco.
