BlueAir can install locking thermostat covers over your existing thermostat so that only approved personnel can change building temperatures. Programmable thermostats can help control utility costs by insuring that temperatures throughout your building are adjusted when the building is not in use. In addition, Wi-fi enabled thermostats can enable managers to monitor and control temperatures when off-site.

Critical: Responsiveness Website says 24/7, called them at 8 am on Sunday morning and they informed me someone would be calling back shortly. When I didn't hear from anyone 2.5 hours later I called back and they said they were closed on the weekends.

I woke up this morning to a broken A/C. BlueAir was able to come this morning, diagnose the problem, and fix the problem. After replacing a capacitor to correct the problem, they also verified that the system was working correctly by measuring the temperature drop in the air handler and whether the refrigerant pressure was correct. I had them add refrigerant, and my system is working great now. The technicians seemed honest and knowledgeable.

Blue Air is great! In addition to doing a great job with the actual installation of my furnace, they followed through with every single thing they promised. They said that they were going to be there at 8:00am, and they were. They said that they were going to e-mail me a copy of the warranty, and they did. They were on-time, courteous, and did it all at a competitive price.

That kind of dedication and follow-through goes a long way with customer service. I highly recommend Blue Air! I wrote the above paragraph 8 years ago, and I just wanted to amend it. I recently used BlueAir to install a full HVAC system in my new house two years ago. Since the installation, I have had to rely on BlueAir for some follow-up work. Both Marianna and Mark have been extremely accommodating, and follow through to ensure that their customers are satisfied. Marianna even took my phone call after hours when I needed to speak with her. Thanks for the great customer service!

We have been using BlueAir for years and have recommended them to several friends. They are always prompt to respond and quick to solve any issues we've had with our system. We recently decided to replace our 20 year old AC units. After comparing prices, we again moved forward with BlueAir. Their prices were fair and the work was done in a reasonable amount of time. The crew was professional and cleaned up thoroughly after their work. Units are great, so hopefully we won't see them for awhile;.

Our A/C stopped working in January. BlueAir was very responsive and came out the same day and diagnosed the problem (compressor went out). The technician who came out was very friendly and kindly humored all of my many questions about the A/C unit, the pros and cons of whether to replace the compressor or replace the condenser, and questions about proper hvac maintenance.

I kept the poor guy for almost an hour with questions. Later BlueAir followed up with 2 quotes for repairing or replacing the entire condenser and weren't pushy about which to go with and left it up to me to decide. I'm used to places trying to up sell me or convince me to spend more money, but Blue Air was not salesy at all. I opted to replace the condenser since the old one was 10 years old anyway.

They came out the next business day and installed the new unit. The guys were professional and I was happy with the install. I was particularly happy with how they tidied up the electrical lines from the house and installed a proper electrical box (the previous unit had been installed in an odd way that I'm fairly certain was not up to code). After the install they walked me through the new unit and the warranty and only casually mentioned their maintenance plan, but didn't push it. Overall I'm very pleased with BlueAir's service and I highly recommend them. Fair pricing, not pushy, friendly, and knowledgable.

Blue Air was very professional and courteous. They responded quickly to my call and did an A+ job with the repair. The cost was also very reasonable. They were recommended on a neighborhood forum and they will be my new go-to for future service.

My AC wasn't working so I called BlueAir for diagnostics. It turned out to be an electrical problem. I called my electrician. The technician from BlueAir explained to my electrician exactly what the problem was, what he needed to bring, and gave me the extra info I needed for my electrician. Even my electrician was impressed with the service I got! (I submitted a service request online after they closed. They called me upon opening the next morning and got here the same day.)

We've been using Blue Air for several years now after cycling through 4 other local A/C companies- including the one that did our original install-that were less than ideal. Completely frustrated, my brother-in-law- who does A/C in another Texas town - recommended Blue Air as he knew them from some training classes he had taken and really respected them.

We've been very thankful for their services ever since! We have a rather large house with 3 units, so it's a bit complicated, but they always perform, are courteous and professional, and are honest in their assessments and services. Often times the issue is a simple fix, like today web a switch on the attic got accidentally flipped. They could have EASILY sold us a story that would have cost us hundreds, but Andrew fixed it and it only cost us the regular trip visit fee. If you've been frustrated looking for friendly, reliable and affordable A/C maintenance, look no more! I'm confident Blue Air will take care of you.

BlueAir has repaire my central air system on several occasions over the last 6 years. In every instance they have diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. What I really like is that they fix what is broken and nothing else. The recommendation on what might be breaking soon are helpful, but there is never any pressure to upsell services I do not need right now. The 1 year repair warranty (for what ever was fixed, not the whole system) is comforting.

Thank you for the fast, efficient, and friendly service!! I will be recommending you all to anyone who asks me. Long story short my A/C started blowing warm air on Sunday night. After calling a few companies (who couldn't fit me in until Tuesday afternoon)....BlueAir was at my home within 30 minutes of my call. The tech was very professional and informative.

He looked over my outside unit and about 20 minutes later walked in with the part that was bad. He had an immediate estimate for me and explained we would start with that part and see if it fixed the problem. Thank goodness it did!! He had some other recommendations for me...and even walked me outside to show me on the unit (my dryer vent blows very close and he mentioned lint in the area). Within an hour my A/C was blowing cold....

Great service and price. After calling three other companies that were referred to me, they quoted $100 less, and could come within the window of time I had available. I generally do not go with the lowest bidder, as I understand that in most cases, you get what you pay for, but my neighbor had great things to say about them. I was not disappointed!

Andrew was the gentleman that serviced my system and he was not pushy, which is a deal killer for me.

He was straight forward with my options and did a great job. He was in and out quickly and fixed my issue. Based on his great service, the professionalism of the person I spoke to on the initial call, and the cost, I will use them every time. Great Job BlueAir!

I choose BlueAir based on a recommendation from a colleague. We called them in the morning and they came out the same day at 3:00 pm. Although it turned out that our A/C unit just needed some more refrigerant, the service technician was very thorough and gave our system a complete check over. He was very polite and helpful and answered a lot of questions I had about how our A/C actually works. Once he'd added the refrigerant, he stayed to make sure the house was cooling down before he left. I was very satisfied with the service!

I think Blue Air rocks! We use their AC service for our home and investment property. I recently requested a service call in the afternoon and they had a tech at our house the next morning! Their tech offered some terrific solutions to our home cooler. Blue Air is an excellent value! I would recommend them to everyone!
