Brian and Andrew were amazing! There estimate was very detailed and informative. The installation was smooth and quick. I had an issue with the unit that evening, but Brian responded immediately when I texted him with pictures at 7pm. The guys were out the next day to fix the issue. BMS fixed diagnosed my issue with my heating unit, ordered the parts, and installed efficiently and the cost was reasonable. The technician was professional and even checked on the warranty coverage. I had another HVAC company out twice over prior to calling BMS because my electric bill almost tripled and in two visits with two different technicians they still did not locate the issue. If there are any future issues I will call BMS. I was very satisfied with the cost, efficiency, and professionalism.

On Christmas Day I began having problems with my thermostat and heating unit. I called BMS HEATING AND COOLING and was surprised when Mr. Breck the owner answered the phone. He had me turn off the breakers and was here first thing the next morning. Today a whole new system has been installed. I was given great service from a local business at a reasonable price.
