In April 2017 my heat pump stopped working. I called Bob and they came out same day. Turned out I needed a new unit and they drove to Atlanta to pick up a new unit and stayed until it was installed that day. It was really cold that day and I greatly appreciated them taking care of me. The gentleman that came out was very respectful and super nice. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I've worked with a lot of HVAC companies and by far these guys are the best. The owner comes out to check on the job, they initial response was fast, the prices were fantastic and they installed a good name brand unit (Lennox). We got a great job and did not have to pay prices to support a 30 truck fleet or television commercials! I definitely recommend calling ARS!
