Patrick Sullivan Sr., founder of BAC, brought 30 years of experience to the table when he started the company in 1986. Brighton has evolved from a two-man, one truck operation into one of South Florida's top light commercial HVAC contractors. Pat Sr. was joined by his wife Terry and son Pete Sullivan shortly after incorporating.

I'm a truck driver that had to make delivery to Brighton Air Conditioning. This is a very poor facility and the owner Pete is very rude. So what that means is he does not care about someone that is delivering his supplies so that means he will not care for there customers the way he should. Very bad mouth, just because you own this company doesn't give you the rite to curse at people. Very disrespectful owner and son.read other reviews before doing any kind of business with these people

A driver from this company in a white RAM 3500 with double wheeled axle tinted window all around pulling a trailer with the license plate PWFC25 was driving extremely recklessly on the Florida's Tpke with complete disregard for the safety of others. He nearly caused a wreck in his reckless driving. That could have injured many. I advise people to not use this company until they get their drivers in line. This is not an isolated incident because I see multiple reviews over the years with the same concern
