Around 4pm I called this company when my heat unexpectedly went out. They were coming to do after hours service to see the problem and fix it, at a high price which I expected. 3 hours later I'm still waiting, I'm not sure if I should go buy a space heater or wait for them to show up, and Walmart isn't open all night right now and it was cold so I called them.

I spoke to a lady with an answering service who said she'd call the tech, I expected to be put on hold but instead she hung up. I waited 15 minutes, which I thought was plenty to get a hold of them, and I called back because no one called me. I spoke to someone else, explained the issue and she said she'd have the tech call. 15 more minutes pass and nothing.

I called yet again and was told if they didn't call me back in 15 more minutes to call her again and she'd "blow his phone up for me". I never heard back and no one showed up. I ended up calling another local company who called me back in 5 minutes, came out quickly and for a lesser price. The following morning this company had the balls to call and ask me how my service went, at 7:30am. They didn't even know their tech didn't do anything. Save yourself a lot of trouble and call literally anyone else.

Biggest ripoff joint in town on a number of levels. A few years ago, I asked for a bid on replacing two heat pumps. Prices came in 60 percent higher than others I checked with. Then they tried to have me finance about 40 percent of it at 27 percent interest. Told them I didn't want it, but they signed me up for a $6000 credit line anyway. Run, do not walk, away from these thieves.

Joe needs a raise. Awesome service had me fixed in 5 minutes. And he also fixed a problem last year that other AC companies failed at. I highly recommend this company and they work 24/7. THANK YOU 5 STARS!

Scheduled an appointment for an estimate to have new heat pump installed. Said they would call 30 minutes before. Never called. Didn't show up. I sat there for 20 minutes for someone who was never going to show. I'd hate to think if it was warranty work.

My mother had bristol heat and air install her heat pump and new duct work. The professionalism of the installers and the office staff exceeded our expectations. We would Highly recommend Bristol Heat and Air!

I called on Friday to have my unit checked. I talked to the answering service but I received a prompt call back and the service tech came to check things out. He was very friendly and I have no complaint with the service tech at all. He found the problem and 'fixed' things. I woke up on Saturday morning with NO HEAT and it was 34° that morning outside.

My house was 50°. I called at 810 am and was told someone would call me back, the same as the day before. After 2 hours I didn't hear from anyone, I called again, then again two hours later, then again. Probably about 6-7 times that day. Never heard from anyone. The next day, I called again that morning, same response, someone would call me back, yet no one did.

They advertise 24/7 service, but apparently they don't take that serious and weren't even respectful enough to return my call. At one point I specifically asked the answering service if they could have the manager/owner or who ever was responsible for the business that weekend to call me, still nothing. I sent an email, and a Facebook message.still nothing. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, and if this were my business I would be ashamed.

I couldn't even get a phone call or message after waking up with no heat on the two coldest days of May. Finally on Monday morning, I called again and I got a call from the service tech, who came out and fixed the issue. I will never use this service again.

On the day of service after waiting 3.5 hrs and calling them, they say sorry we will not be out am/pm or anytime today. Thanks for wasting my day. Do yourself a favor and find another hvac company.

Our heat pump stopped working and I called ArieServe last year to come out to fix it. They charged me for a part which didn't fix the problem and labor. I called Bristol Heating and Air yesterday and our technician was Joe. He came out diagnosed the problem within 15 minuets and came back today to put the part on. Our fan motor was burned out which was exactly what was wrong last year but AirServe didn't know that. I have to say we have a nice cool house now thanks to Joe. He was very professional and knew his job very, very well! Thanks Joe!
