I called to ask if they could come today to fix a leak under my sink, as I had to turn off the water to the house. They said yes, took my number, and said they'd get right back with me. I didn't get a call. Hours later I called again, and was asked, "Haven't they called you back?" No. Another couple hours and it's almost 6 pm on Friday evening and still NO RESPONSE.
All I had originally wanted was to get somebody to help me today, and they said they would. Instead, they wasted my day waiting for a call, waited until emergency charges would kick in, didn't even give a courtesy call saying they couldn't do it today. I will go without water this weekend, only turning it on momentarily when absolutely necessary, and will call somebody else Monday. Unprofessional. I called back and told them to cancel my request.
