Just moved to Lake Bluff and needed new Furnace & AC. Lots of options but I chose Cahill. I'm so glad I did. Incredible customer service, professional service people and best-in-class quality. I've since had them install a water heater and most recently, they came to fix the pilot light on my gas fireplace. I highly recommend Cahill. They're amazing!

I was in a tight spot over the holiday weekend and Cahill came out and took care of what needed done. Mark and the crew had me up and running in a very timely manner. They patched my 17 year old hvac unit to get me through the weekend and then that following Monday they were able to order, pick up and on Tuesday morning install two brand new units on my roof! By 12 noon the job was cleaned up and complete! Cahill Electric and Heating are responsive, efficient and professional 5 stars all the way.

Mark went out of the way to check to see if our cracked Reservoir on our high-efficiency Trane furnace was still under warranty where other HVAC companies came out and didn't even mention it. It turns out that it was and they replaced it in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable cost. We originally had 4 seasons come out and was never told about a manufacturers warranty on the parts.

They said parts and labor would be $4,500 just to fix it and $8,500 for a new furnace! A total rip off, a completely dishonest company. Stay far away from 4 seasons and go with a fair and honest company like Cahill. We also recently had a damper system installed by Cahill and it's made a world of difference in maintaining even heat throughout our split level home. Their technicians are knowledgeable, honest, and respectful too. A solid company from the top down.

Excellent, professional service. Explained pur options and projected cost clearly and accurately. Addressed my wife's follow up qiestions well, and scheduling and installation were straightforward. Great pricing as well.

Arrived early and done in under an hour. Jesse was great! He saved us $6,800 with a simple repair vs. replacement or massive repairs that were proposed by others. I recommend and use Cahill.

Yesterday, Matt was our service technician from Cahill, here for an annual maintenance check of the HVAC ductless system. He checked and cleaned all room unit parts, spray washed the outdoor unit to clear the condenser fins of all debris blocking the air flow, then climbed into the hot attic to check pump and drain lines for leaks & flush any blockage.

Excellent service! Cahill has installed & serviced our heating and cooling units 2012. They are knowledgeable, courteous, punctual, honest and reasonable with charges. We highly recommend them.

Cahill provided excellent service once again! Needed a part replaced on our air conditioner and they were able to come the same day saving us from a hot weekend with no air. Dianne kept me apprised of when the technician could come and he was prompt, polite and knowledgeable.
