After researching and obtaining several bid for a new central air system as well as a complete new ducting system I contracted California Air Control. This company is the BEST for quality of work, quality of their products and Workmanship. The best word to describe George, Jacob and Steve is that they are impeccable. They were on time, clean and efficient.
The price for the entire job was very Good and George even upgraded the central air unit system for pennys over what he originally quoted. I will never hesitate to recommend George and his California Air Control Company. The job was completed in the time frame as he predicted. This company was amazing. They were on time, always returned phone calls and emails and were very professional. Words cannot describe how happy I am with the service I received from California Air Control. I live in a house that had the original AC system from 1989. Because my house is built against a hillside and the condenser is located on the second level, not many installers were willing to take on the job to replace the HVAC system for me. I reached out to several contractors to inquire about the slim condenser unit but no one responded to me. However, Jake from California Air Control came to assess my house right away and gave me a quote within 24 hours.
The cost was very reasonable and he used one of the newest units available for my home to address my special installation needs. California Air Control was also able to accommodate my request to install a UVC light and an upgraded intake filter for at the furnace for me. Jake came to my place the day before the scheduled installation to make sure that they had the supplies they needed for the job and his team arrived my house on time on the date of installation.
Being that my backyard is on the second level and a regular crane would have had a hard time reaching the back of my house due to the distance from the curb, Jake and his team had to put in a lot of extra effort to make sure the condenser arrived safely in the backyard. I was not expecting Jake to replace all the AC vents but he also replaced all of them in the house because the original ones that came with the house were not as efficient, he even remade the bottom floor for the furnace closet for me.
His attention to detail and professionalism is much appreciated and I would definitely recommend California Air Control to anyone who is looking for a reputable and responsible installer. I have encountered numerous HAVC contractors because of my line of work and California Air Control definite is one of the best ones out there.
