We recently purchased a Carrier split AC and we couldn't have asked for anything better. The installation process was really seamless. The AC itself cools the room quickly and really well! It is quiet and energy efficient! We didn't even see a huge spike in our electric bill like we anticipated especially since we've been working from home during this pandemic. Thank you, Carrier for making this experience an awesome and cool one!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness These workers do not answer their phones on multiple occasions. They're very rude in terms parts department and there are no customers to service. Worst ac distributor on oahu.

So one of my remotes broke and had to get a replacement. Wasn't to sure what to do so. of course I call one of my friends that works with A/C units and he said to give them a call. The two ladies in the parts department was so helpful in identifying the make, model and part number for my remote. I asked them if I could pick it up that day and they said sure. It was my fault for running late but these ladies were so sweet and stayed back 15 min for me. they are too sweet Awesome place

I recently opened a business in an industrial unit in Waipio and needed to cool off a high ceiling space. I teach classes in this space and wanted to provide comfort from the Waipio/Waipahu heat. I've had the more expensive brands before and I find Carrier to be extremely comparable in quality and much less priced. The unit is sleek and inconspicuous and most importantly cools my large teaching space.

The Carrier team at Kapolei provided the most attentive customer service with timely correspondence. I appreciate the professionalism they have and will highly recommend them to my family friends and other business. By the way local owned too.

Came in to store today, inquiring about one of there ac units, lady in the store didn't help me with any of my questions. Maybe because they where about to close. Poor customer service on her part.

Carrier split a.c. units are made of cheap plastic from China that break about a year later when your full warrantee is up. So the labor is horribly expensive. And to clean the indoor units is very expensive, from $200 to $325 per indoor unit. You do the math. So far we have spent over $2000 for cleaning and repairs of a "new unit" in a brand new home! Don't get the split units, buy a house with the central a.c., much cheaper and more reliable.

We moved into our new home the other year and looked into pricing for installing ductless splits. We were going to go with Mitsubishi because that's what everyone seems to have, but we got sticker shock when we saw the pricing. So we looked into other options and found the Carrier brand to be very reasonably priced. I know the saying goes that you get what you pay for, but our system has been running great and keeping our family cool.

It also gave me peace of mind that parts are readily available and their warranty coverage is comparable. I've heard of horror stories for off the wall brands where it takes months to get replacement parts. I would highly recommend the brand Carrier to homeowners!
