I have called to set an appointment which they are very busy. The day finally comes for them to show up they never did. I have taken off from work which I have a busy schedule as well. I call them and my time slot is completely different from what I booked. These people are unprofessional and a waste of time. I see why they have a 2.7 rating and seems they haven't improved. It's like they really DGAF! I can't wait until.my warranty is up. I will NEVER use their sorry A**

I'm going to contribute to the 1 start experience as most people have been doing here. This "USE" to be a good AC company once upon a time. I don't know if new management took over etc. I've used them since 2017. I "attempted" to use them recently in the last 2 weeks. The company now SELDOM answers the phone (you have to make at least 4 attempts before finally someone feels like working and answering the phone). Also, even though google says they open at 8am.you can forget about calling between 8am-9am (no one will answer PERIOD).

Finally got through one morning, explained my problem, they sent some Julian guy over to the house (who appeared to be in such a rush to leave he was barely able to explain the problem of my ducts). I then proceeded to call simultaneously for 2 weeks in a row JUST TO GET A QUOTE!. I'm STILL waiting for them to call almost a month later lmao. A female kept answering the phone, kept putting me on hold for what seemed like hours, then came back with a BS story that they have to talk to an engineer and bla bla bla.bla bla.bla bla bla (we will call you back).

I'm STILL waiting for them to call back and when they do, it will now be my turn not to answer :). If there is one thing I do not do is "beg". You guys are NOT the only AC player in town and with your LACK of customer anything skills PERIOD - I would not be surprised if a company of your caliber continues to remain in business! I proceeded to google another company, (DUCT Air Works), who were EXTREMELY professional, ANSWERED THE PHONE within 1 attempt, came within ONE WEEK, and my issue was resolved, professionally, and quickly. Never ever again.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness 2 weeks tech was out to dain line and i was not home. Told my wife everything is good charge and left now same issue. Service was not service. But yet wants to charge $$$ no service Department complete BS. Service: A/C system maintenance

Wow I can believe this company has even 3 STARS. Worst expierienese ever! Our AC unit is in warranty and in 1.5 years there came 3 times. I bought with Lennar and this company did the installation of our unite. After 8 mounths living in the new home our AC wasn't working. I called them and there didnt charge me for the reason it was in the one WARRENTY.

The freon was missing is what there tech said. So I just added new freon and I thought that would be it. 6 months later the AC didn't work agian and I was one a business trip and wife took care of the issue and paid 80$ service charge the only thing there did is adding again freon. When I got home after a week I didn't thought about it anymore. BUT 2 MONTHS LATER agian AC is not working and we paid agian somebody to come out to put freon but now the tech is saying that there is may a leak in the line and we got pay 400$ to check the pressure for our AC.

I this issues was addressed in our 1 year WARRENTY. So i do not think that i should be punished to pay for this reparation. There called me back after 3 days and wanted to offer me a 60/40 deal and there where I got angry. I more happy to pay 1000 to a different company then paying one more $. To a company that don't honor there WARRENTY

I have a new home in palm breeze my a/c started making a loud Noise it sounded like the compressor and the fan was also sounding weird outside I called them 1 month before my warranty was up to check it And the guy made every excuse not to address the problem and told me that it could be the float switch And after he left it started making the sound again so I called them again and explained to them that they never fixed it!

My a/c had 1 year free service and 10 years on parts My year was up so they told me that I had to pay 82 dollars and nothing more. then when the guy gets here he tells me that he's going to change the capacitor because it was bad after that the guy comes with a bill for 185.00 and I told him that the parts were under warranty then I call the office talked to lady I spoke to and completely changed her story that now it's 185.00 and not 82 The original cap was 21 dollars and charged185 to connect 3 wires & a screw the only reason I called them was not to void my warranty I WILL NEVER EVER Call These people!

They are Liars and thieves and will do or say anything to take your money and after 185 the problem still isn't fixed and the guy didn't want to give me my old part he changed The problem still isn't fixed! Call someone else these people are no good! I would rate them a 0 if I could

Lennar uses them to install A/C on some of their new homes. Had an issue with the Honeywell Thermostat. Unit and Home are still under the 1 year warranty, they wanted me to call Honeywell instead of even listening to me. Turns out after speaking with Honeywell is the A/C installers problem, they did not installed anything correct! Would not recommend.

This place is a hit or miss with the customer service. The only reason is getting three stars because they are sending Julian who knows his work because the rest of the people they have sent to me have no clue. I made an appointment for the guy to come at 2 because that's when I was going to be home but all of the sudden the guy just showed up at 11:30 un announced and no one called and I'm was on my way to a class so than when I spoke to the service receptionist she told me 2 o'clock was fine.

It is now three pm and I'm sitting here waiting. I called to let them know what's going on. They give exact times. They told me 2 now she is saying 2-4 well you could have saves me time. I hate it when people waste your time for no reason. Let the customer know and be clear. Customer service should be over the top not half off. I'm disappointed with their how they handle their customer services.

Greedy people. Charged me $260 to change the compressor capacitor (a $15 part on Amazon) in 10 minutes. While I understand that I have to pay also for the knowledge, not only for the labor, the part, and the trip, I still consider this a rip-off. Especially when there are others out there charging about half. Unfortunately, I found this out too late. A physician gets paid a quarter or less of that amount for a visit that most often takes more than 10 minutes. Outrageous!

Had Central Air Control come out to fix thermostat connectivity issues and a clogged unit. They did a pretty good job and were very thorough. The tech made some slight modifications to the pvc tubing to make routine maintenance easier. He also showed me how how to remove the front panel and where to clean with a wet vac in the future to get the most out of my unit. Happy with the service. Ask for Miguel B.

Central Air Control provided great service in regard to my AC unit. Other techs came out and failed to isolate issue. Service technician Miguel B. from Central Air Control performed a complete diagnostic, identified the problem and recommended proper repair/replacement - bad compressor. The communications from Central Air Control office is excellent.

They followed up immediately and scheduled repair the very next day. All-in-all, I am very pleased with the service I received and recommend Central Air Control for any and all AC services.

We had the privilege of meeting Miguel Botello, an outstanding AC technician who from the start impressed us with his superior knowledge, professionalism and wonderful customer service. This exceptional individual explained that our upstairs unit was not cooling due to a faulty air handler motor, he gave us a detailed outline of what was needed and made sure we were provided with the service necessary to complete our order.

Please commend this young man for his dedication and willingness to assure that all the clients are left with satisfaction and contentment. This is the second time I use this company with similar results both times. Most recently, I called after they opened at 8 am. They where able to have someone come out quickly. Once here they were able to assest the problem right away and change the part. The technician was here at the time they said he would be (he actually came early). Contrary to nightmare stories I have heard about companies trying to sell whole units instead of changing a part and being more cost effective, Central Air Control changed the part and was much more affordable.

I have pets and the technician was very pleasant with them too. The technician explained the problem and knew what he was doing an was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend them.

By far the most unprofessional company I've done business with. The only reason I called them was because they installed the unit in my new home. Never again. They have an answering service that was not appropriately sending them my work request when our new AC unit went out. After finally reaching someone in their office, they finally arrived just after 5pm.

When the technician arrived, he diagnosed the problem, said the part was under warranty, however it would be $65.00 to just show up and $115.00 to replace the capacitor. $180.00 for a simple part. Leaving me no choice (family in the house and it was almost 90 degrees inside), I agreed but under protest. He replaced the part in under 15 minutes and had the invoice prepared sitting in his truck.

That's $12.00 a minute. The issue is no one in their office ever told me it was $65.00 to show up and then I would be charged for labor to replace the part. Had I known, I would have called other companies instead of waiting till 5pm and having no other choice. I called numerous times to speak with a manager but no one ever called me back. I did however receive a nice call from someone in their accounting department that said the managers were busy.

She then said we usually charge $225.00 to replace that part. This company charges way too much and their customer service is non existent. By the way, many other persons in our new community have also had issues with them. I also learned that most professional AC companies can perform warranty service on your AC system. It is not necessary to contact the installer. Hope this helps.

I was recently in the market for a new central AC unit and selected Central Air from a pool of 8 companies that came out to give me a proposal. I decided on purchasing a high efficiency Carrier comfort system and selected this company as one a the few listed on Carrier's web site as both an authorized dealer and NATE certified. I also read other online reviews and checked BBB and in all cases they seemed like a good company.

The two techs, Jose and William, came out to do the install on 3/27/15 and exceeded my expectations. They were true professionals and kept me informed every step of the way and did a stellar job on the install. By the time they left, I was already an expert on the new system. The city inspector came out a few days ago to inspect the job and noted that it far exceeded code requirements and that it was one of the best central A/C installations he's seen.

The unit has been solid since installed and I couldn't be happier with the service rendered. Kudos to Jose and William in particular, and the rest of the Central Air team involved for making this a great experience.
