I am a customer of 6 years and have always had outstanding service from installation to ongoing maintenance. I must include great customer service on my calls! First time using this company and have to say service was excellent. Tech Caleb called to give me his arrival time. He was polite, courteous, and patient (I just had spine surgery so was moving pretty slow!). Most important to my husband was that he was very neat. When finished explained all that he had done. Joseph arrived on time, after first calling to inform he was on his way. He quickly fixed an issue with the Cooling function of our heat pump. After completing the repairs, he then completed the yearly maintenance. I am a person who will come up with Many questions about Equipment being worked on. Joseph answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly leaving no details out.

I have been using Charlotte Comfort Systems with Scott Shelton for 17 years. He installed my unit 17 years ago. AC went out. Joe came out and it was the capacitor for the outside condenser. Joe was knowledgeable and recommended the lower price capacitor because of the age of my system since that capacitor will probably out live my unit. He did not try to up sale me. Enough Said!

41 Years Old! Not me. The Air handler and Heat Pump AC system that was installed around the same time the original Star Wars movie was released in theaters. Last Friday, the system finally called it quits. I called Charlotte Comfort Systems on Friday afternoon and they were taking measurements for the new system Monday morning at 8:30am. The new system was installed in 4 hours on Tuesday by David, Will, and Levi.

The crew was on time, professional, clean, and friendly. I can't believe what a difference my new Ruud AC system has made. It's nice to be comfortable again, that's for sure! I would highly recommend Charlotte Comfort Systems for anyone looking to get the job done right.

Have known for several years that we would have to eventually replace our 2 heating and air units. Called around to several companies. I got hooked to Charlotte comfort systems because of Ric's honesty, care, and thoroughness, when he came to give us an estimate. Not only was it upper tier equipment/systems, but also extremely reasonably priced compared to other quotes we received.

For the install, Rio and Jamal did a excellent job. They worked clean, efficient, and did not damage any walls or floors in the house transporting the equipment in and out. The cherry on top was receiving a hand written card from the owner thanking us for the business and with his personal card and number in case we ever need anything else. I hired Charlotte Comfort Systems to get a 2nd opinion on a malfunctioning a/c and heating system. The first diagnostic (done by a large, well know Charlotte area HVAC service provider) recommended 3 different repair options which started at $2,500 and went up to $4,000. Stephen from Charlotte Comfort Systems read the diagnostic report and did his own diagnostic analysis.

He found errors in the first diagnostic and rather than motors being broken, they were simply installed incorrectly. He installed them correctly and got everything working again. His visit cost me $96, which is a huge savings over what I thought I was going to spend. Excellent service, professional knowledge.

Tech performed semi annual checkup on my dual fuel system. He checked out the gas burner and air handler system. He seemed very knowledgeable. The dual fuel system has a heat pump and a gas burner for backup heat. For some reason he only performed service on the gas furnace. He didn't perform the service described on the outdoor heat pump system.ie checking the Freon and cleaning the coils as described in the agreement. These semi annual checkups feel like just a way to keep money coming in.

A+++++ I called Charlotte Comfort Systems after my A/C unit went out this week, and had a quote within 4 hours. Very professional and knowledgeable, and they were able to install the new A/C unit within 48 hours of requesting quote. Extremely happy with the level of detail from the techs, and the response from this team. The President of the company even called post install to ensure we were satisfied with the work done and to ensure everything was working as intended. Happy to recommend them to anyone needing service!

Joseph the technician was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get an issue resolved with the company that installed my unit. Kudos to him as well! I feel secure knowing CCS has my best interest and isn't one of those places that just want to drown your pocketbook. Our AC unit went out on a Monday and Scott Shelton was able to move us up on his schedule. I've been using Charlotte Comfort Systems for years and Scott Shelton came out personally and discussed three options for a new heating and cooling system. Levi and Andrew arrived on the dot and were very professional and knowledgeable. They were also very helpful in setting up the remote access on my phone. Scott and his team gave me a great deal and excellent service, they got me on schedule quickly and the install went perfect, the techs were clean and organized the entire way through the install, and finished by cleaning up and spending the time with me to teach me about my new set up.
