We called from California at 3pm on. Saturday Labor Day weekend. Temperature n our sons leased condo 90 degrees plus. The air conditioner blowing hot air. Had waited multiple days unsuccessfully for service from landlords contracted provider. Paul answered emergency line and was to the condo in less than an hour. Paul was so over the top nice. A great company. Considering buying home there for our son who goes to school there.

Without a doubt this will b the company we use. Other companies told us we have to b existing customer before they service emergency calls. Call Chino first and get it done right the first time

They sent someone out every day to get our old heater to work until the new unit could be installed 4 days later. I can't say enough about everyone connected with this company! We highly recommend this company to everyone in the quad cities!

This' posted under my daughter's account with her permission. We had a heating and cooling system installed in our home. The team was responsive, did good work, and were able to communicate with us to ensure our needs were met. I gave them a key to the weekend home while they were working--that's how trustworthy they are. There were some questions during the process and the team was responsive. The work was done well. I had 3 quotes from other companies and largely selected Chino Heating & Cooling based on other recommendations from neighbors.

I've used other heat and A/C companies over the past 12 years, I've had nothing but troubles. Since going with Chino Heating and Cooling about 5 years ago, I have had no troubles, great fast service and knowledgable service people who explain in detail what they have serviced on my heating and cooling system. With the extreme temperature variations in the Prescott area from over 100 degrees in the summer to below freezing in the winter heating and cooling is a big concern, I feel confidant with this company and their employees.

Mark Evans came over and installed the thermostat which can be used with an iPhone also checked out our cooling system for the summer. He was very courteous and prompt and did a great job. I would highly recommend Mark and Chino Valley Heating.

Paul Penrod was on time, (called when he was 15-20 minutes out!). Very efficient, cleaned & checked 2 units in no time. Extremely knowledgeable about HVAC units. I signed a service contract last fall with Chino Heating. They call me to schedule my cleaning twice a year. Now no need for me to remember! Family run company, what a difference! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I've used Chino Heating and Cooling for two different jobs. They gave me prompt and efficient service both times. Their workers were friendly and professional and the rates were reasonable. They even went to the trouble to calm my dog when the fire alarms went off when testing the new furnace.

These folks are great! They came out to give me q quote on installing air conditioning and were professional, honest & thoughtful of providing exactly what I needed. Installation was accomplished in one day with no issues. Left my home clean & neat. They are my go-to-guys whenever I need my A/C or heating systems taken care of!
