After reading reviews, I chose Climatize to look at my heat pump. After Hailey explained all the details and pricing to me, I felt confident that this team would be able to tell me if my system needed any attention. After examining my heater, Sam gave me a thorough explination of how heat pumps work. Additionally, he and gave all sorts of tips, tricks, and advice for the maintenance of this heater. I will certainly look to Climatize for future needs.

About 2 years ago bought an older house with a package unit that was poorly installed with improper duct work. During the summer the top floor was unbearable hot and the ground would be 60° with the 14 year old unit running all day and half the night. Got 3 estimates, Rob gave me the best price by $2000. The next week had his crew working for 2 days for 12 hours each day to install 2 new units. Everyone was very nice. Wore shoe covers in the house. Etc. Rob called couple of days later to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

Ok, If you have something going on with your AC/Heating unit - you found your guys. The whole crew is super professional. Rob, the owner, knows his stuff better than anybody else i spoke to. He came out 1st himself and took his time to explain what was wrong & why. Then layed out a few different options for me to consider. He gave me a great deal on the unit i ended up deciding on. Did the job in 1 day. Then left the area cleaner then it was when they came. I can't recommend this company enough!

We have 5 cats and 2 dogs, our air quality was in the tubes every day our eyes were watering like we were crying. Climatize came in and quickley put a air quality system in and now i hate to leave the house! Great experience all the way from the technician that diagnosed that I needed a new unit, to the office help Angela helping me with home warranty woes to the installers that worked their butts off, replaced a 40 year old unit in 6.5 hours. GREAT company, nice people, and very reasonable prices!!!! My husband called yesterday evening (Sunday) and they had a technician here in no time. He diagnosed the problem within 2 minutes of being here and had our air fixed within 30 minutes! Sam the technician was very nice and let me know every little thing he was doing and everything that was going on. I had an 8 year old ac system that died. Everyone told me I had a bad install from the start. So, I started shopping air conditioning companies and started getting quotes and brands that I would be interested in. At the end of all this I had four quotes, I found that Climatize Heating & Cooling appeared to be the most educated and appeared to pack the most value in my budget and stood behind their work.
I checked them out with the state & checked their insurance. I know it seems extreme but after the first ac install, thought it best to check it out. I hired them, they were not the cheapest but not the highest price either. From the beginning I felt comfortable with my decision and was super impressed with the guys installing the new system. It was absolutely a great experience, no significant down time, no drama, totally respectful and I really feel certain that I have the best system and the best install I could purchase. Big Fan!! My experience? Excellent! From the start they were professional and friendly. We all get anxiety with these kinds of problems especially due to the cost, but I am at total ease. If you are worried about getting ripped off, it won't be here! I went through Home Adviser and don't regret it at all!
