These guys clearly know their stuff. Answered the questions and found a good solution to a very unique implementation (9 zone, off-grid, radiant heat). Highly recommend.

Lied to me to get me onboard, promised ton of work, totally inadequate shop, Woody and his son are the shot callers, and they are clueless. Gary and the service guy are equally inept. Avoid these clowns.

Over charged, charged extra hour on bill for "drive time" when their shop is located less than a mile from job site. Also tried to sell me on a thermostat for an hour then charged me for that hour. That's two hours of non work time that i was charged at $95 an hour.

Missing the mediocre HVAC service I terminated. CMI is unbelievably overpriced to the point of gouging. A three hour venting job turned into a $1200 fiasco. 90 minute damper check cost $500. I think Woody is on the way out in a blaze of glory using his reputation as a con. Sorry, that's just the hard truth. AVOID CMI.

NEVER SEEN SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Ever! Heather was extremely helpful by looking into finding me a technician on short notice, she called me approx 6x to make sure I knew the status of getting service today. She took the time to contact me after hours on her personal cell phone and everything! Then Kevin came in and was exceptional with fixing the AC and he was extremely educated on what needed to be done and was beyond super friendly. Thank You CMI Mechanical
