The company personally was very good at answering all the questions I had, they kept on working each one doing their job. The company as a whole is a very outstanding company and the personal are super to work with. The technician was very professional about doing his job checking and cleaning the a/c unit. I will be using this company again on checking and any repairs need for the a/c or heating unit I have & telling anyone who needs a great a/c or heating company to do some work done to call this company. Thanks for the great work done there.

My AC went out and I called several places that told me that they couldn't get anyone to me until the next afternoon. The temperature was already over 88° and climbing when I called Comfort Design. They had two techs already out on calls. Kim, who is the receptionist, told me she would do her best to get a technician to me asap if they had no trouble with the other customers they were with.

Within a half an hour Kim called back and said she had a tech in the area and she would send him. He arrived and within 30 to 45 minutes he had my air going. He even gave me some pointers to help my ac unit work better. This is the second time in eight years I have used these folks and they are, in my opinion, a very good group of people. Professional, proficient, and the pricing is fair and reasonable.

My technician Robert was excellent. My thanks to them for their quick solution to an otherwise uncomfortable situation. They will be my number one business to call with my heating and air concerns.

My AC stopped working late in the afternoon, gave them a call and they had someone out first thing in the morning to fix it. The repair man introduced himself and asked questions about what I had noticed. Right away he went to work and uncovered my capacitor had gone bad. Replaced and ensured everything worked. Our furnace had an issue during an ice/big snow event. Robert came and provided excellent service! Had our parts in stock and we were up and running in a little over an hour!

The Comfort Design technicians showed up at my house when they said they would. They left the work area clean each time they left at the end of the day. They made sure we were satisfied with everything they did. They pay attention to details of their work and always did everything like they said they would. You don't have to worry about the quality of their work or the quality of their products.

Capacitor on AC unit went out. Replaced. Had winter check up on heating unit preformed at this time also. Great service Services: Repair AC, Heating maintenance

My air stopped working. It's an older unit but I have always had it serviced twice a year. I called the morning after it stopped cooling, someone was here in just a few hours. Checked first, told me what the problem was and my options, very courteous, got it going. Now I'm once again in comfort. Thank you.
