Drawing on over 100+ years of combined HVAC experience, our objective is to deliver to our clients the highest level of competency, service, and technology available. Our in-house services include HVAC design, installation, diagnostics, repairs, digital controls, energy management and maintenance programs.
The building is 20 stories of high end professional office space in the heart of the SF finanical district. The 20 year old Building Automation System was starting to have erratic electrical problems for no specific reason. A fully occupied building was in need of a entirely new BAS. To complicate the project requirements further, the central plant cooling system utilizes a thermal energy storage system based on freezing and thawing 4,800 ton hours of ice capacity on a daily basis.The conversion to a new system needed to be flawless, or tenant would complain to management and rents could be withheld if serious disruption to comfort levels was comprimised.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Tony at Comfort Dynamics. I had a job that needed a creative custom solution and Tony came through for me. It looked to me like Tony runs the company by leading by example. He was willing to stay late and get his hands dirty solving my challenge. Thanks a lot Comfort Dynamics.

Tony DeMeo, from Comfort Dynamics ( Mechanical Contractors), arrived yesterday as a consultant to a very serious situation, a leak that has been at my condo since January 9th. This leak has severely damaged my property and the property below me. The two previous contractors were not able to find this leak. Tony studied the logic of what needed to be done and made a list of steps for me to solve this and told me what should have been done. I am absolutely grateful and appreciative. I would HIGHLY recommend Comfort Dynamics ( Mechanical Contractors) and Tony DeMeo to you.

I don't know anything about there service but I do know that one of their drivers was driving like a madman in front of a grammar school at about 4:00 today. 50 mph weaving in and out of the other cars while children played a balls throw away. This jerk should be fired. I plan to call tomorrow and report him. I'll post when I get a reaction.

Terrific company with excellent technicians with great response time. It's a pleasure to know that this company only employs knowledgeable people with the drive to get the the problem solve and the job done in timely cost effective manner.
