Highly recommended, this company does the right thing and treats people well. It's hard to figure out which companies you can trust, but look no further as this business is one of them. One of the worst experiences with dealing with proper care of the Stripmall I own. Had many issues with our Hvac's that are old but were supposedly being services and maintained on a yearly contract. Finally had someone else from a different company go check on the Hvac's and found nothing was maintained or communicated properly. I thought we had worked out how to be compensated for paying money for services that were not rendered appropriately and they were apologetic.
I agreed to keep using them and was hoping it would be different. It was not. Two more machines wouldn't work after about 60 days of resolving things they said they had fixed. And i had to pay other companies to bring the machines back to working condition. Then still had to pay them for past work. The owner finally contacted me and was dismissive, very unfriendly and had no idea of their past history with me. She said go somewhere else and had no interest in talking with me unless i paid for the work that i was trying to tell her was not finished.

Comfort Mech. company was hired to complete quarter maintenance through out our NHSTC club buildings for the 2018 yr. I have not seen any tech onsite since Jan. 2018, when I went and checked filters on all the units I found that no maintenance was done since January 2018 but we have been getting billed quarterly for maint. work that was never completed.
When I called to discuss with service manager she was busy and the front desk lady could not believe that I was calling about invoice from the previous year and wanted to know why, my reply is why should I pay your company for work that was never completed per contract and NHSTC club should be reimbursed.

Comfort Mechanical has great employees! They work so hard and they arrived on time. They got the work done quicker than what any other company could offer. Their techs were understanding of what needed to be done. They were prompt, honest and funny! They seemed to enjoy their job! They were a blessing for us! Especially Kalvin that came to help my company!
