Great company, Aaron is a super guy as is his entire staff. Very skilled and knowledgeable, prompt and courteous and overall friendly people. They both work on my home and properties I oversee.

Aaron Steckley is a nightmare, beware, I was a fooled by this sweet talking professional con artist. He installed our furnace backwards, after numerous phone calls and issues he refused to service the account. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Had a service contract for eight years on the furnace and a/c unit in my rental unit. This year they came to inspect the a/c unit. The service man was there 20 minutes and charged me $377.00. The tenant told me he did not inspect the attic unit or check and replace the air filter. He just recharged the outside unit with 3 pounds of freon and did not check for any leaks. Afterwards the unit was still not cooling properly and when I checked the filter it appeared to be at least one year old. I have called them but they will not return my calls. BEWARE

They installed a geothermal heating and air conditioning unit in my remodeled house in 2015. They came out to fix the unit more than 17 times, to this day unit does not work properly, and I have to buy a heat pump to heat my house after paying thousands of dollars to install this system. Total Heating assessed the unit and indicated that this is the worst install they ever saw and he could not sleep at night knowing he put a system in that does not work properly. Do yourself a favor and get another company to install your heating system that knows what they are doing and has a conscience.

So far I am not happy with Comfort Zone. I purchased a Bryant Evolution system from Comfort Zone in May 2016 and it was installed Jun 3rd 2016. I went with Comfort Zone because they advertised on their website that use Bryant products and their quote was a little less than another company I was reviewing. However they install Trane products. Aaron never talked badly about Bryant and never tried to deter me from purchasing the Bryant, which I read to steer clear of an installer that bad mouths other products.

I am writing this review because I contacted Aaron yesterday 09/05 for the third time about my AC not working. The vents are blowing out warm air. The outside compressor is not running. The first two times it happened it was a heavy rainstorm that day. So I was told it's probably the rain effecting the blade speed and knocking it offline. But it happened for the third time yesterday 09/05 and it was a nice sunny hot day.

The system will come back on if I go in my basement and turn the breakers off to the ac for about 15 mins then turn it back on. But I find this inconvenient and unacceptable for a brand new system. They did get an error code on the first time it went offline and the code just told them the system was offline. In my research for a new hvac system and installer I failed to find out what services were available to me if there should be a need for repair, such as does the company provide after hours services and how long do I have to wait before a scheduled repair appt. Needless to say Comfort Zone doesn't offer after hours or weekend services and the staff is limited which means a longer wait to get a repair person to show up.

Currently not happy with Comfort Zone because from date of installation Jun 3 2016 to today Sept 6 2016, I have been without AC three times. Totally unacceptable in my opinion.

I had Comfort Zone install a complete Trane system including the ductwork. The day they turned it on the unit was dead. I told them to get me another unit, they said no it was now mine. it took a week and a half to get it working. They forgot to finish installing the propane line to the air handler so when the propane was turned on my attic quickly filled with propane.

These are not the people who you want installing your system. It has been a couple of years since the install. From the day it was put in we have had at least 30 service calls to repair this system. DO NOT HAVE A TRANE ANYTHING PUT IN YOUR HOUSE. We have had multiple water leaks from the drip tray dripping through our bedrooms. The system has froze up too many times to count. R141 leaks out at least once every year. Today the air handler unit is shaking so bad its about ready to shake itself apart. It sounds like a helicopter. $13,000 wasted on this install.
