Condor Heating & Cooling

I have used Condor five times now. The first time they had to remove and replace my ductwork for some structural repairs. They have also done furnace repairs a furnace inspection and replaced a fancy thermostat that involves 12 burners and wifi, etc. I also had them install a furnace and AC unit in a commercial building. Every time they have been excellent with communication, on time, they do great work and are reasonably priced. Mike is a great guy. His staff is also wonderful. I highly recommend them for any heating and cooling project!

My hot water tank went out in the cold winter months we have here in Michigan. They installed it almost 20 years so I cannot complain about that. I let them replace it again and they did a great job. Nice to have hot water during our cold winter days.

Not very good use them for two years paid $2000 in repair fees, furnace was never working right, finally in April 2016 another company came over and told me I had a 8 inch crack in the heat exchanger carbon monoxide leaking in very dangerous. Condor never bothered to check. Do not use

I just had condor come out to look at my a/c unit to make sure it is ready for summer, i use them to check my furnace in the fall also. They have also replaced my hot water tank and the ventilation fan in the bathroom. All work was done right the first time, everytime, which is how it has been for years. My sister and friends use Condor as well, no issues that i have heard of. The service techs that come out are very informative and I have never had a rude person on the other end of the line when I call.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We had hired them for multiple projects and they kept "fixing" an appliance that clearly needed to just be replaced. The service man never said anything to us, and the appliance would always break shortly after they left. Finally I called to speak with the owner about our dissatisfaction, and plans to just buy a new one from them so the service calls could stop, the receptionist told me I had an old appliance and what did I want?!

The owner never called me back. I had to keep calling back until I got a hold of him and he was terribly rude. No way to run a business, because if you don't have good customer service, you will end up with no customers.
