These guys are great! My AC went out, and they didn't have the fan motor in stock. It was ordered.got here fast.and I was in business! Very nice people. Very knowledgeable. Answered all my inquisitive questions. 4/13/2022 update Once again, I had problems with my air-conditioning. Coy Dodd came out, diagnosed, found the "manufacturers solution", and ended up with an alternative solution that saved me $300! You cannot beat these guys!

A/C specialist Don came by when our unit was acting up. He listened thoroughly to our concerns, and explained the problem in a way we could understand. He identified the part that needed to be replaced quickly, found us a part, and went to get it, returning with the part and getting our a/c going the very same day he came. We got exceptional service at the last minute today from two technicians Mark & Ben! Our heater would not kick on last night and it was a bit chilly in the house this morning to say the least! From the time Jeff came out and gave me an estimate and through the time of installation of a new heat and ac unit, I was treated professionally, fair and courteous! The installers went the extra mile to fix my siding where the unit had to be replaced. As a single woman, that was huge! Also, the value can NOT be beat! I had 5 other companies come give me estimates before having Jeff come. Thank you for putting your customers first!

Coy Dodd installed the original American Standard system from my brother-in-law 12 years ago. The outdoor coil developed a leak last Sunday. To get it running his wife called another company to come out. The other company charged the system but it wasn't cooling again after not even 24 hours. The other company told them that the unit probably needed to be replaced.

I reminded my brother-in-law to call Coy Dodd and get a second opinion. Coy Dodd's technician Mark Rogers came out today found the leak within about 10 minutes. He repaired the leak in the system is up and running again. My brother-in-law and I are very grateful. I would definitely recommend Coy Dodd to anyone looking for top notch HVAC company. A lot of HVAC contractors just look at a 12-year-old system and tell the customer it needs to be replaced not Coy Dodd.

I called on a Friday morning and they were at our house by 2pm that same afternoon. The technician changed the contact and starter kit on our larger outside unit and gave our smaller one a look over in about an hour's time. He still took the time to explain everything to us and answer our questions. He even gave us insider tips on our older units instead of just sales pitching to replace them. EXCELLENT customer service for a very affordable price!

A few months ago I had some work done. They came out and correctly identified the problem, I had a crack in my cooling coil. Before I had a competitor come by and give me an estimate also. Price was way over my budget, Coy Dodd was spot on with their services and pricing both. My house hasn't been cooler, well maybe just in the winter time. LOL. Coy Dodd is my new Air conditioner service people! Nice knowledgeable and fair people work here, They will always be my A/C service people from now on.

I have lived in Tyler for 20 years. I bought a complete new unit in 2011 from a friend who retired from servicing A/C units. He recommended that I call Coy Dodd and set up a yearly maintenance program and that if I had any problems they would be the Best. It was the Best advise he could have given me. Coy Dodd has been my go to for A/C problems ever since and will be as long as I live and have a home in Tyler, Tx.

They are professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. But most of all, Honest. I never feel like I'm getting gouged for a repair or service. I feel like they are old friends of mine now, from Stephanie's kind and professional voice when I call, to knowing I will get one of the best technicians in the area with Mark Rogers. My mother had her air conditioner repaired by a gentleman with the name of David. He was a "TRUE " professional and the service that we received was absolutely perfect. I would recommend Coy Dodd to anyone who needs to service their air conditioner. Outstanding company!
