Our AC went out about a week ago and I property management asked them to come out. A couple hours later I found out that they decided not to come so they sent another company. Later this week our AC was still having issues so they came out. The gentleman just walked around our house. We told him that the unit was in the basement where our tenants live.
He literally walked down the stairs and came back up and said they didn't answer. He didn't even try to knock. Then he was supposed to come out the next day and he made an excuse that our property management didn't want him to come out. That was not the case!

My wife and I have relied on D & I for home maintenance ever since we arrived in Manhattan nearly 20 years ago. When we moved into our 45 year old home, the previous owner recommended D & I. Their skilled team of technicians already knew our house, and that has been a big positive. It has been a source of comfort to know they're just a phone call away whenever we need them.
They have done it all and done it well, ranging from HVAC to deck repair, kitchen and bathroom renovation. Always on time, with good quality and a fair price. We highly recommend D & I.

The property management company for our house in Wamego called these guys. Talking with the plumber on the phone he seemed super awesome was working with me trying to find a solution to the leaky faucet my rental had. In the end I told him to replace both faucets in the bathroom and to not spend more than $50-60 per faucet. Specifically told him to not spend delta faucet kind of money not for a rental house.
I get the bill from the management company and find out he spent $226 on faucets and charged 4 hours of labor. What kind of amateur takes four hours to replace faucets. Avoid these guys unless you want a huge surprise when the bill comes.

Great customer service! I had repairs needed for outside of my house, and they went the extra mile and completed the job over the weekend while the weather was cooperating to finish a the repairs before the closing date on the house we were selling. Their customer service and responsiveness is excellent and their prices are extremely competitive. I would absolutely recommend you get an estimate and work done from D & I Repair, they will not disappoint.

We had our air conditioner go out and D&I gave us BY FAR the most reasonable price estimate on replacing the entire system, both outdoor unit and furnace. The job was scheduled and completed quickly. Chris, the owner/operator, was very forthcoming with information and answering questions and was on site for the install. They left everything clean afterward. And in the time we've had the new system, everything has worked great! I would recommend D&I very highly!

Scott arrived shortly after the start of the time window, he quickly assessed the issue and started working. Quickly, he fixed both toilets and even cleaned up afterwards. There was a little water on the floor in one of the bathrooms, and Scott took the time to retrieve a shop vac and clear the floor. When he was done, he reviewed the repairs and we inspected both toilets to make sure I was happy that the issues had been addressed. Although this is the quality that I have come to expect from D and I (always excellent), it's always nice when your expectations are met.
